Yes you are allowed to use your laptop on cruising altitude. You'll just have to turn it off for the start and the landing.

I'm a student from Greece studying in the UK and I always fly with Swiss... Last year at my first ever flight with Swiss we had a big delay because of snow I missed my connection flight and I stayed in Zurich for the night in a very luxurious hotel for free.. It was awsome..! Oh and the chocolate they offer is just amazing!!!! :)

Just flew Swiss on their new A330-300 from New York JFK to Zurich and it was the most pleasant and comfortable flights across the Atlantic in economy. Swiss is truly a classy airline. Keep it up guys. Great airline + Beautiful country = awesome vacation.
I flew this airline about a month ago from Chicago. Best airline ever!
Always impressed flying with SWISS. The first Airline I had ever ice cream during the flight :) And that's just one of the many advantages i like.
I love SWISS airlines! the flights are always so calm :) not to mention the free piece of schöggi ! ;)
I love the background music on it. It makes you feel so at ease about the flight. (I only hate the way the movies play in 2 cycles on the flight, but otherwise Swiss is awesome, especially the food!!!!!)

A first class aircraft for a first class airline. Thats what Airbus said in delivery of Swiss International Airlines' first A330. Of course you can't expect less in a first class airline. It always has to be the very best among the best! As for their safety video, its the very best!

@SyrianLulu Taxiing means the way from the gate to the runway before the start and after the landing from the runway to the gate.
If the flight attendants see people using it they kindly ask to shut their device down.

Can you buy any first class seats from swiss and also what are the dimensions of First class and finally where do you get the First class seats.

Really? I've been flying with SWISS, THAI and other airlines for several times and I always take a lot of photos and record videos during taxi, take-off and landing and nobody blames. (I did also ask FAs if it's possible to do and they answered "yes")

After watching Air New Zealand and WestJet's safety video, seeing this really hurts my eyes. The voice over sounds too heavily robotic for my taste.
