I have a lot of ingredients left at home this week.
I've made dishes out of leftover ingredients.😊
also made bibimbap and pizza using leftover tortilla.
It was really delicious and simple :)
And I took a leave of absence from work.
I went to my parents' house after a long time!
I went to see cherry blossoms a lot. 🌸 I got refreshed and came back safely. :)

If the tortillas are that hard, sadly, I think it means that they are expired, or that they went stale, though I applaud the fact that you still tried to use them... lol. tortillas can be kept in the freezer after opening, and you can thaw one as you need them by placing the frozen tortilla into a warm pan on the stovetop until it softens. then you can turn the heat up and toast it if you want to. make sure to freeze them with kitchen paper between each tortilla to prevent sticking 😊

One tip, especially when you make a recipe with cream and meat: if you add the cream before the meat caramelizes, you wont get any flavor from the meat and the final product will have a more creamy taste rather than the creaming adding flavor to it. You have to let the meat caramelize to let it give flavor to the food, then use some wine or something acidic to intensify the flavor and after it evaporates then you add the cream. If you dont do the caramelization , it will be like boiling meat and vegies with cream. I dont think thats what you are aiming there, or is it? Cream is something that French cuisines uses alot and they have alot of dishes called a la creme, which means with cream, but the way i described it. If you dont want it like that ofc, its up to you. However, the steps i told you about are essential in giving more flavor. Even in curries what i told you about cream holds true

I definitely need more and more videos of these. You also taught me how to cook korean food. There is one thing however that I would like to say. Please oh please get a rolling pin. It is so unsafe to roll out any dough with a glass. Every time it gives me anxiety seeing you rolling doughs with that glass. It can break and harm you.
