CRISPY TASTY Fried Chicken With Curry Leaves Can’t Stop Eating! | Aunty Mary Cooks. Frying chicken with curry leaves added at the end adds to the flavour of the chicken. Double frying makes it more crispy. Aunty Mary shows how to make this easy recipe of crispy and tasty fried chicken with curry leaves that you can’t stop eating!
Ingredients
1 kg chicken thighs, deboned, cut into bite sized pieces, about 750g meat
A handful of curry leaves
Oil for frying
Marinade
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp corn starch
4 Tbsp potato starch
1 Tbsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
