@@Tehonlyspennaaah I was actually talking about flying stands clearly not being intended to count as round bases in regards to the pivot and vehicle maneuvering rules but thanks for providing another example of Drukhari players acting in bad faith
@@Dementia55372oh apologies. Been seeing people talk about the Archon interpretation all over the place. I think it’s definitely abusing the mechanic but I would rather think of it as an abject buff to skimmers and those type of vehicles/overhanging models and we accept it and move on. Rather than considering it broken. Like lets be real, it’s not going to fundamentally change a matchup. It might just enhance a skilled players ability..
Archon’s ability imop applies to all Archons not just the Warlord. Rules as written it is incredibly clear cut, the ability is replaced in its entirety. Just because a model cannot make ‘use’ of said ability doesn’t mean the ability is deleted from its datasheet. As far as intent, the intention applied to the previous rule and its specific iteration. We now have an entirely different rule in terms of function and application. I don’t think intent holds up over different iterations unless that intent is clarified once again.
Not what mike brandt or WTC has interpreted, only 1 archon gets the ability when a warlord, therefore only 1 warlord gets the lord of deciet ability
