Nat Geo geodes are a waste of money..I purchased the "premium" 10 pack and the majority are solid and not geodes..so after complaining to Amazon eventually they sent me a replacement box and the same thing happened..totally not good geodes..mostly solid so unless you use a saw then you get nothing to open..and they tried to charge me for the replacement set and had to go through a few customer service reps before they finally refunded me. Never again Nat Geo

I use the same saw, try buying a sintered blade and replace the tile blade. Less waste
