it was by far the best musical talent show ever... however the concept of this star studded band seeking their singer was completely flawed and doomed to fail. just because they found a very talented singer didnt mean they were going to be good or popular. anyways, it is great being able to rewatch all the great moments on youtube.
I remember it , I was 31 when it came out and thank you to whomever uploaded this so I can rewatch it . Was so happy when this came out, finally a reality show looking for a rock star 🎤😀 🎸
How on earth the house band managed to memorize literally hundreds of songs every week is insane! Including survival songs and encores. Unbelievably awesome.
I was in middle school when this show aired. I remember it still and thought it was awesome!!!! Learned a lot about different songs and artists. Keep track of most of them.

even though the show was great, in the end the concept of this band seeking their singer failed... so from that perspective I doubt it will happen again.
Revamp the show by creating an original band by combining the best undiscovered bassist, guitarist, drummers, singers creating the next super group by playing ORIGINAL songs. Lets find the next Led Zeppelin, Bob Dylan playing original songs. We need the next songwriters. No more karaoke type auditions.
This is what they should do. Gather 30 to 40 musicians in a mansion, drummers, guitarist, bassists, drummer, and see what kind of band could be created. The singer meets that drummer and says the guitarist over there has a great song we should jam on it and play it for the audience. Keep playing and feeling each other playing original music. I am ready to do this. I have songs. I want to be a part of this challenge. America would love this show. Creating a band before our eyes

The “process” was far better than the finished product. In terms of star power, I thought Dilana was the closest, and her performances were very consistent.
Michael H. I don’t think this band would have lasted period, whether with Lukas Rossi, Magni, Toby Rand, Storm Large, Ryan Star, or Dilana. These 6 were the best of the best. Lukas won, and Supernova didn’t last.

He's so talented and kind and can hit some serious notes! I'm not going to rewatch the whole show again. I've wasted enough of my life watching this show haha.
When I first watched this, I was surprised that Lukas didn't go in and try. The man at this point had been doing music for over 15 years. Well, doesn't matter that he didn't because he won. He was also supposed to be on The Voice season 1, but his audition never aired.

I am re-watching this season after watching season 1 and realizing the singers there didn't have enough charisma or power whatsoever. None of them. The contestants of this season were all extremely good. That said, it's sad to see that while the bands the members of Supernova were in are great, Supernova itself wasn't good. The music wasn't good. Which proves the guys we see here were NOT the ones responsible for the magic of their past bands.
Dana's exit performance of "High Road Easy" by Sass Jordan was my highlight of the entire show. She was totally wrong for this band..but that was my most memorable moment.

+Mare Hounslow No, she's actually a good singer but she ain't a rocker, that's why she sounds horrible. But in her country she is actually a pop singer and she is not ultra famous but she made it decently. If you watch her singing Bring Me To Life or some ballads on this TV show, you'll realize she actually hits some pretty high notes and she does have a melodic, sweet voice.....but she is trying to pose as a rocker here, and she's not one, while people like Dilana or Storm are natural rockers.

rockstar inxs was way better that's why I didn't watch this one the contestants in the first season has x factor and great personality compare to these. maybe there are only a couple or three who has that 'it' factor..
