Elder Scrolls Arena pt 6

Blind Stream of Elder Scrolls Arena. We've escaped the Imperial Dungeon and are now in Skyrim, let's find some work and hopefully an important quest to start the main plot!
Synopsis: Tharn betrayed the emperor and transported him and those loyal to the emperor to a plane of Tharn's choosing, his apprentice tried to escape and warn the imperial council and was killed by Tharn. She now is giving us hints and helping us through dreams. We need to find the staff of chaos scattered across Tamriel but no hints where any of the pieces are as of yet.
We have one piece for the Staff of Chaos and are trying to locate the other, more dungeon diving let's go! We might have to help a wizard first though......
