I don't think people are fully understanding how massive this GK buff it. Its making the CASEMATE a saturation zone.... They're making it a broadside tank
The GK was my first legendary, and I love sailing it. My only issue is that even casually launched torpedoes will hit due to its size and lack of maneuverability. I hope this helps with that. I'm good with most everything else. Except maybe that the newer Germain ships have longer reaching secondaries at lower tiers... I'll definitely be trying out the new Meticulous though. It looks like a great buff to me.

Think the GK buffs are great. I've taken a break from WOWS:L This month, but I think there's more to be done. I think the GK Buff is a "Soft Patch" to the ship's big issue, it's turret angles. GK could survive better, if it didn't have to go entirely broadside for a full salvo. This is the same reason why I think Pommern is Mid, and FDG is a downgrade from Bismarck (FDG dispersion is a talk for another day). Yes, buffing HP is a good thing. But an extra 10K HP is only going to go so far, when you could probably negate about 50K HP potential damage by angling better. If you want to argue about it being fair, look at Columbo. It's one of, If not, THE BEST BB at Legendary tier, because of it's angling. Give GK Better angling, as well as Pommern and FDG, And you'll fix the ship. Once more, HP buffs are fantastic, but as an experienced German BB Player, there's a far bigger issue at hand that would make a far better buff than HP.
Totally agree with this. The gun angles are so terrible it makes the shop unfun to play. Marlborough only ends up being fun, cause you can spam at long range with 16 guns

Problem with Montana, it's a massive sea log that needs planning ahead because she can't turn. Of course Ohio and the recent addition of Vermont doesn't help. Maybe WG should have adjusted the rudder/turning circle?? Anyway, it's all about Colombo man 👀🤣🤣
This Update was to Accommodate the Dodo heads that sail Montana & GKs on the backlines. Derka you seriously thought Montana Needed a buff. if any battleships at LT needed a buff was Conqueror/Bourgogne in terms of what we see in the Ministry of Balances Patchnotes NOW
@@DerkaGames I don't take it seriously, GK needed a buff but a 105k hp buff is interesting as that'll make the GK better than Schief HP wise, but still short on armament as schief has torps (Yes, I called Schlief Schief as in Sea Chief due to it being 1 of the best brawlers of the sea and it fits with it's name) which is fine as it's a trade-off, and the hp retribution is nice too. as for Monty, I played her a lot and tbh the HP buff is nice... BUT!, look at the redistribution of HP like the Super Structure, that is going to saturate fast and it's breaking the mold that US ships HP pool is mostly in the super structure and doesn't saturate as fast. 10k hp reduced to 3.9k hp is really nice. So Monty will have a bigger shot staying alive when spammed by Suz or Mino/Bris/Weimar as the Super structure was the main drawback for Monty when against them. The Conq and Bour don't need buffs, if anything the art department can give them some love.
With the HE spam meta, and the terrible DD play, having some extra heals in a BB feels like a necessity, especially if it’s an aggressive/brawling BB. Will to rebuild was broken and dumb to begin with, but a lot of these really good BB survivability perks good battleship players need if u want us to be aggressive
I can’t be aggressive and push up to an island if I get lit on fire 4 times trying to get there and lose 20k health to spam/fire just trying to position. Hopefully the spawns help a bit with that too

Does anyone else think that the wiggle torpedoes are kind of a weird mechanic? When they first introduced the idea of turning torpedoes, I thought it would mean that the torpedoes would turn at a constant rate, sweeping out an arc path rather than simply pulling an S turn and then going in a straight line. That would have introduced a totally new mechanic to the game which would have been a lot more interesting.
Why? I think beeing able to get better torp firing angles with the turning torps is enough of an upside, otherwise yodo tech tree line would have zao torp angles

Those who are giddy about the lushuns rate of fire, know that if they are the same guns as neustrashimi you wont be hitting much as the accuracy is astonishingly bad.
Napoli needs a secondary range buff bad. Can't even use here secondary guns on legends because of the 5km range as where I seen her wreak as a secondary brawler on pc.
Our Lushun unlike PC gets smoke and our Lushun will have 5.4 sonar and she's Nuetrashimy but Chinese under pan Asia so in my opinion she is what Neutrashimy should have been

I feel like the GK buff barely addresses her problems. Great more HP…still lacks the tools to be an actual threat, her hydro is still terrible, guns are still the worst of LT and the secondaries are nearly worth mentioning. She’s gonna be the same, just that she’s gonna burn for a tad bit longer
In comparison to Montana, who got basically every buff she needed, while GK barely gets a crumb, it just feels wrong and lazy on WGs end, they could’ve just given both the buffs they need, not just one
I almost sold Marco polo the accuracy is infuriating. With or with out the Sap mod on. I'm excited for lushin tho. Sap just isn't that good on legends unless ur hitting a fresh undamaged ship they over saturated so fast. I played Dallas recently she is decent but I don't think she needed a nerf. Thr shells are so floaty
Marlborough was an easy choice for me. Just more fun than Marco with that garbage reload. Glad to see her get some love. She handles like a sports car, so maybe she'll be fun now

I don't wanna play soviet bbs anymore bc it's a high flammable paper ship and the reduction fire chances skills don't mean anything out of 100% on a spinner. I'm gonna stick with US ship cus they can imitate better than original ships from other nations.

The Helena nerf does basically nothing. Basically a .5 second reload nerf if you played her they way I did without "side grade" as they called it.
