With it being the spookiest day of the year, I thought we’d take a look back on all the pc sims games and cover how each game incorporated Halloween!

Please make an updated version of mods you use currently for sims4 ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Sims 3 was so good for halloween and holidays… the festivals in the park was the best
Sims 4: "Here, you only get the ability to celebrate Halloween IF you have the seasons pack"
Also sims 4: "Don't forget Creepy Stuff if you want the ability to go trick or treating"
EA and Maxis are so good at making the players pay for basic stuff that should be in game already, like how tf you gonna have to pay 40$+ just to experience the seasons in a “realistic simulation” game
@@Free.zen. and people still buy packs while complaining, when EA will only ever do smth different if they see major drop in sales
I wasn't a fan of TS3 but the gameplay (the calendar) and that open world were innovative. Very neat! PC couldn't handle it back then. And I resented registering online to play.
I wish they would bring back a few of the quirks Sims 3 had 🤔 it would truly improve the sims 4
I love the sims 4 candy bowl that scares the sims.

Sims 3 did Halloween the best. I miss being able to go to a park for the seasonal festivals and enjoy all the activities.
The fall festival in TS3 is my favorite. I always send my Sims over to go pick pumpkins, get a family picture and do the other fun stuff. Unfortunately in my game every single holiday I get trick or treaters lol, even love day.
i wish game developers would do a survey so we can tell them the things we loved and hated
to give them a chance to decide what to do in new games. Honestly, the sims 3 was the best one because it was different. I loved the open world and cars, it felt like a real simulation game. I was so sad when 4 came out and they went back to just being in your house. yeah u get to go other places still but, the trick or treat feature was awesome. getting your sim to meet people was eeasier instead of a bunch of random sims randomly knocking on your door. i liked that wen you went to visit your neighbor's houses and knocked on the door, some of them you would hear them grunt in panic/frustration/etc which i found hilarious. you can move out your family members(kids) and buy the house next door just by clicking on it. I loved it.
i hope they do it again. it just seems that developers keep going with the cheap options now. EA has been doing a lot of strange things lately which is sad especially the way they've been treating their employees.

I made a bowling alley in the sims and made it Halloween themed. It was really fun. I think that’s where sims 4 shines, where it’s like make the fun yourself. The actual spooky party is rubbish and they all dress Star Wars clothes, and not the good ones

wow, I didn't know Sims 1 had any Halloween stuff in it. Can't remember that far back 😂 2 did kind of skimp on it, but 3 & 4 were the best Halloweens

There are costumes in the Sims 1! With the House Party pack, there is a "costume chest" in the dressers section of buy mode, and you can click on it to choose a type of costume that everyone on the lot will change into, so you can have a costume party :)

Overall I just like sims 3 better. It seems like sims 4 was an upgrade of sims 2 and a step down from sims 3. I miss being able to customize my outfits....
They skimped out bad for the sims 4 with features. Holidays and even small things we used to be able to do
I like the sims 3 because you can actually go knocking on people’s door and get candy

I'm not a fan of the sims 3, but bought it for tattooist career (my personal career also) and it was huge disappointment. I regret buying it. The game keeps crashing all the time.
Get a better pc. Sims 3 is literally the goat.
@@meltedprincess Doesn't mean it'd be their PC that could be rubbish, and just saying "get a better PC" isn't always that simple. Could be other reasons as to why it'd be crashing too, as TS3 wasn't as properly optimized, and even with a newer PC, it can stil have issues. And maybe that person might want to get it again, maybe not. Many might think it is the best thing since sliced bread, but not everyone is too fussed about in playing it. Along with it not being "literally the goat" to everyone out there. Nothing wrong with it being liked by many of course (which it certainly is), but as i even mentioned, everyone has what they like. But TS3 does indeed have more to it in this context than TS4 as shown, but not everyone would be tripping over themselves to get it.
@@meltedprincess I have very good PC, I can smoothly play all the newest games.
I have a great computer and I am still not happy about the sims 3. The game just feels off and I get headaches all the time because of the colors and the open world.
