Why do I see such amazing concerts by composers like this being played in Europe seemingly all the time. I wish there were more fans of this type of music in my little corner of the American south. It would be amazing too see this live.
Utterly breathtaking music, beautifully filmed…. It is haunting, bittersweet, poignant, gorgeous. It's like the last day on earth, when you realize that life mattered and love was everything.
I just saw him yesterday live in Boston. I've listened to his entire discography many times and I've seen videos like this that show his skill, but seeing him live... WOW. Freaking mindblowing. It was magical. I was disconnected from reality for two hours.
Absolutely beautiful. As a writer, I am always trying to do what Nils does so effortlessly. Bring passion, emotion, and pure feeling to the work you do. Nils provides an acoustic journey through several emotions that can only make you feel more alive; make you feel human. An absolutely awesome performance.
I've been painting to this music; as well as Olafur Arnolds and Lisa Gerrard for the last year and a half - this is the first time i've seen something of it to watch - Wonderful - - the after midnight found gems!
Eri Ana , hey that's interesting , mostly when I paint , I listen to the music from Nils too . Sinds a couple of weeks Olafur too . And sometimes to Christian Löffler , the concert you can find on RUclips from cercle is a good one for painting . Greetings from a little island .
Watched this several times, a virtuoso performace from all, and the dace added another element. Just glad to be able to watch and hear this, it is both melancholy and uplifting, gives me hope, which I, like many others seek.

I have seen Nils perform a few times. It always makes me feel like the music was written just for me. It's so beautiful it hurts. Like a picture of my own broken heart. I'm very selfish but thankful.
That intro is so incredibly sincere and wholesome. I've listened to this probably twenty times in the last month and I probably enjoy the intro as much as most of the songs.
thanks for sharing this. we always have the Spaces' studio version but it is so delicious to hear and watch different textures in Nils' new performances.
This is superb. I've only heard a clip of music by A Winged Victory for the Sullen, it was on the soundtrack for Normal People, but this is incredible and so atmospheric. Nils Frahm is excellent as well, I could listen to his music all day.
Oh man "Say's" at 50 mins 50 seconds ish..... That change when the Sub Comes in and changes the harmonic progression is Just, Just Stunning in fact the Whole performance of "Say's" is Just Sublime & So Stunningly Calm and Beautiful - Just Amazing :)
Incredible musical performance!!! I was working from home, going to start fixing another computer, but that *ahem* took a side note to watching this to the finish! I was suggested this content based on checking out NOIRE by Native Instruments, Nils' project piano virtual instrument. Thank you for sharing this video!
This piece really plays the long game. Beautiful. Well done. I wonder if this is how it felt in Episode 3 at the show, or like in Star Trek when we hear the music of the future.
Stunning performance, beautiful video editing. This show genuinely deserves to be published in a 1080p (or 4K) DTS-HD Master Blu-ray edition. No doubt, I would pay for that.
I cannot get over how gooooood this is!!!! Goose bumps and tears and joy and rolling in beautiful fields and falling in love and stars and living for ever
Just found you today, July 3, 2019, I am so thrilled with your music, its so very beautiful, utterly breathtaking, cannot take my ears and eyes of it. Loved watching you at the Prom 2015 live concert add one layer of beautiful synth sequencing after another until it was way beyond rich then added in your keyboarding!!!!!!I have to hear all your music now, GREAT STUFF!!!!!

I think what @2filos is saying here is he notices an absence of traditional folk song, sing-songy melodies. Like "London Bridges falling down, falling down, falling down London Bridges falling down, my fair lady" or "Three Blind Mice, see how they run!" You know, classic catchy melodic lines that aren't repeated very much because wouldn't it be mind-numbingly boring to hear "Camp Town Races five miles long, DOO DAHH!" over and over again on a loop? I think he wants to hear classic melodies like the ones Momma Pantone sang when she was just a little girl. For example: ruclips.net/video/BU0Ay-hTFAs/видео.html
