For as long as I can remember malay choirs, females who were musicians wore some kind of scarf either to compliment the men with the red fez or for whatever reason. Irrespective of the colour or religion of the female. This lady must be very important? Or is this 1 of the many reasons the "ou board" couldn't even field a top 8? Either way, sad to see the "ou board" crumbling as it is. 7 teams for the annual competition isn't even a joke.
