    Lets finish this year strong together, I'll be sharing my abs & core routine of each week. I hope you could grab something from this series of videos.

    🚨Gateway to Abs for New Years eve.🚨
    ~
    I've divided this series in 3 levels(Easy, Medium & Hard):- Each level consists of 3 weeks. i.e You'll have 1 video/week for 9weeks till( 30th Dec ). Level 1- 3videos, Level 2 - 3videos, Level 3 - 3videos. Perform this routine 6days/week after workout.

    ➡️ Level 1:-Week 1
    ~
    1) Weighted Leg Raises - 12 reps
    (I am holding dumbbell in between my feets).
    .
    2) Weighted Knee Tuck Crunches - 20 reps.( Again I am holding dumbbell in between my feets).
    .
    3) Medicine Ball Russian Twists - 20 reps.
    .
    4) V-ups - 12 reps.
    .
    5) Long Arm Crunches - 12 reps
    (I've added medicine ball for more resistant).

    🔺 Complete Cycle 3x🔺, Take 10-15sec rest in between each exercises.Performe this routine 6days/per after Workout.
