Oil catch can installation on Hyundai Verna 1.6 crdi diesel turbo. Same can be installed on Hyundai Accent, Solaris, Creta , Elantra, I20, Tuson, Santa Fe Crdi diesel turbo cars of Hyundai.
This is a oil water separator generally used in air compressor. It has a sintered bronze 50 micro filter.
Due to emmision norms, car companies recirculate it into intake system. Periodicaly intake system needs cleaning, however fitting oil catch can removes the oil vapour. But catch cans needs to be cleaned frequently, tats why manufacture for passanger car do not give a catch can. You wont be going to dealer monthly to clean a catch can..
But people like us, who does stuff on their own, can use a catch can and keep intake clean and enjoy performance👍

Hyundai Verna 1.6crdi has been extensively modified and is probably the most powerful Verna in the country at the moment. Claimed to be 180Bhp!!!
The list of modifications include Dieseltronic ECU from Racedynamics which increases power and torque upto 30%. It has also got a cold air intake and exhaust cutoff valve and runs on Yokohama 205/55R16 tyres. There is a OBD II in dash display to monitor the engine parameters. Novsight 45W led bulb installed in its projector headlamp which is by far the brightest led available. Brembo brake pads for enhanced braking. The engine has been treated with LiquidMoly Ceratec and uses Mobil1 synthetic engine oil. Rear Spoiler, Sideskirt and Front lip has been added for aesthetic touch.

AFTER OFFICE sir at the end of the oil catch can what differs or effects if you connect it back to the tubing going to the air intake of the turbo? thank you.
connect it back to air intake.. else slowly all engine oil will burn and exit as smoke seen in the video.. ull have slow drop in engine oil level always..
I fitted in my tata Manza but now oil escaping from oil input cap... even i opened full value limit... what to do now

Is it a good idea of putting a blanking plate in EGR Valve ?
Blanking plate with a small hole with drill bit... hole will allow minimum amount of recirculation and sensors will keep working..
This same oil leak is there in my fluidic verna 2012

can i just vent the hose to atmosphere without a filter or catchcan ?
Yes.. u can.. make sure pipe is outside, else engine bay will become oily...
I used to do so before installing the catch can.. use a big piece of sponge on the outlet pipe, will soak some oil

How much time does it take 0 to 100 ? After all these mods & before these mods ?
0 to 100 under 9sec... but main difference is 100 to 160.. insane acceleration

You may hav to drain monthly basis..10 -20ml per 500kms I can say

U can, but not required. Fit a conical air filter and freeflow exhaust for power.

Sadly yes... petrol creta dont hav power, neither mileage... with air intake, it will be silghtly peppy to drive.. freeflow exhaut giv a little more punch, but will decease mileage drastically..
Suzuki Brezza is better with good power and excellent mileage.. light weight, easy on muddy roads too..

Under normal driving, higher mileage.... under acceralation, peppy feeling, good throttle response.. even with ac on, no lag.. but less mileage..
Is it safe for engine in long run ? Does PCV requires a vaccum source to pull out the blow by gasses ?
Safe... no issue... pcv donot require vaccum pull..
