Nice review. I just bought a Peak T7. It's my 2nd ebike. My 1st ebike was an Aventon Aventure.2. It was a good 1st bike, but if I had to do it over again I'd have bought the Level.2. I commute to work 5 days a week (30+ miles round trip). The Aventure.2 clanged, rattled and squealed. The fat tires and heavy over-all weight really ate up battery life. The Peak T7 is so smooth and quiet. I've only had it for a number of days and I love it. I don't plan on riding off-road so I bought street tires for it. I bought the rear rack, mounted the tail light to that and bought a Topeak bag with built-in panniers. It's a great bike.
What was the front crank replacement you recommended and would it affect the performance of the torque sensor and/or motor? How many teeth was it? Brand?

I didn't. It requires a special set. Traditional crankarm square type with built in chainring won't fit.
