Sounds and looks amazing - great choice! Got lots of burbles with the MPPSK but kinda like it. Might try and tone it down a bit once I get bootmod3
It’s all personal preference. I like my burbles aggressive in sport, and non-existent in comfort mode. IMO burbles are contained in the mppsk and not too bad on the OTS tunes, but when you get a catless downpipe it changes from wet farts to solid pops and bangs.
@@dougcoffey3496 Yep - after I got the downpipe, it's a lot of fun. Proper loud bangs when I want them:)
Even with burbles completely off you will still get pops and such.

AFE does it right for I feel any BMW I have their exhaust on my 135i sounded great! Yours sounds great as well!

Is that a Supra!!!! I heard that. I have a 13 335 f30 and I have a cat back Borla exhaust and With full Bolt on‘s. Your f30 sounds really good i’m jealous I should’ve have gone with the 340 but I’m cool with the N55
B58 is a closed deck block, N55 is open. So it's different
borla catback exhaust is goated for the n55 f30 i thought it sounded better than AWE so i got one. such a good decision

I went with Active Autowerke exhaust on my 340, sounds very similar. Mine might me a hair louder.. but still not obnoxious. Pretty hard to make a b58 sound terrible.

Sounds great but I think adding a small resonator in the midpipe would help clean up some rasp
Reminds me a lot of the AWE exhaust. Both make the car sound so angry, especially with the resonator delete!

So I have a 2013 F30 335 xdrive and I need new tires. I have 19 inch rims and would like to know if 235/40 in the front and 265/30 in the rear would work for my F30. I’ve also been told to go for 245/40 in the front and 275/35 in the rear. If anyone could help me out with choosing which would be better for the long run for my F30 that’d be so helpful!!!!
I have a 2015 f30 with xdrive and I’m running the 235/40/19 front with 265/35/19 rear on VMR v710FF for about half a year now. No problems so far

I'm running 245/35/R19 front and 275/30/R19 on the rear of my F32.

Can you control the AFE valves with the BMW mode switch or does this come with a separate control? I’ve been thinking about a aftermarket exhaust but I would really to control the valves with the stock mode switch similar to the m-performance pkg

I’m looking at getting and exhausted for my f30 335i. Toss up between this and Remus exhaust (wanna keep the factory valve) curious to how it sounds in comfort, wanna keep a low profile when cruising but the balls to the wall when I want.
This also keeps factory valve.

Do you notice that the the supra’s top end exhaust tone/pitch is higher than the b58 in the 340? I have a m240 and I feel it doesn’t scream as much as the supra (exhaust setup aside) Any idea why?

I’m looking to make my car louder when I get on it and in sports mode but tame and similar to stock in comfort as my girl isn’t crazy about stupid loud cars haha. How tame is this in comfort mode? Is it much louder than stock? I know you’re also running a catless downpipe but I’m just curious if anyone would know.

@@Ryan-ew4jw I’m still looking into a solution. I decided to run a cts catted downpipe and kept the stock muffler. I’m kinda wishing I also kept one of the resonators as I wish I had a deeper tone. I’ve been working on an idea with a shop to see if I can get a custom exhaust built for me that does exactly what I want from it but we’ll see where that goes I guess.

Not sure if anyone can help me here. I currently have a 2014 335i with a catless downpipe and muffler delete. I’m running the MHD stage 2 tune as well. The exhaust smell is absolutely unbearable and I’m looking for solutions to fix the smell. Obviously I could buy a catted downpipe but I’m worried my aggressive burble tune will eat through the cat. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!!
