For people who say "they do not have any reason to be cars or shouldnt" let me tell you this. I'm a proper movie reviewer and analyzer. This is a film that gives an inspiring message of "winning isn't everything, but the journey you take through life is...and if you get through it...that's what makes you a winner with living through the reward." They have to be cars to metaphorically represent the symbolism of the message of this film, in a very creative way! Same goes for the clever movements of cars that they had nothing to base on. Second, the soundtrack is excellent and goes well with the theme or moments of the film all while being refreshing and not repeating the same works over and over again (for example they used "Define Dancing" in Wall-E twice which loses opportunity to be more creative and is overall lazy.) Also, the plot and characters are very well engaging and I'm not bored at all watching this lighthearted masterpiece of a film. (Sorry but Wall-E and Rataoullie was too boring for me to not take the message behind those films seriously). Also, this movie has a positive and not over the top deep message (Inside Out is a great film, but is too deep in parts to where the audience really could lose interest in the movie to think about what they have just seen). This is my favorite Pixar film and I don't think its at all terrible.
2:45 WTF, planes is a cars copy but with planes, the green plane is the bad guy (chick) , the old blue plane is a copy of doc and the main character has a goofy friend. If cars is a bad movie, planes is worse, becouse it's a copy of cars, also, there are cars in the planes movie. I found these reviews either stupid, harsh or outright jealously levels. And some blame Pixar for making the Cars films, when they are literally toxic haters. The Cars fandom isn't always impulsive, but i don't want to get use to R34 or Lightning McQueen being shipped with Mater, Cruz or Storm (which doesn't work like that, he's in love with Sally. He's not even bi as well) Disney/Pixar has made a large portion of Cars merchandise through the last 12 years, even before the 15th anniversary. Around 2019, it really starts to decline when everything else is made single handely for small children (Pixar always aims Cars for any audience. They are family films, not above average children films, but light-hearted and four quadrant children films.
I hate it when people ship McQueen with other characters. He loves Sally and even with Cruz in the picture he never makes a seductive pass at her, also even just being in the town for a few days and spending only a few hours with her....I think its sweet he puddled up just saying goodbye.
