I love listening to Deion a man on a mission with that drive I know will succeed. He genuinely cares about making an impact on these kids lives and that's a powerful thing. A lot of coaches just want to win games.

All these negative comments .. why would he stay at Jackson State ? Everything outside that campus looks like a 3rd world country , the city is bad , they stole from him , broke in his sons car , a student was found murdered on campus last week in his car , this man has 3 kids that attend JSU and you think he wants them surrounded in that environment ? Let alone his salary was pennies compared to what CU is giving him , the man is looking for a challenge to become a great coach not a challenge to see if him or his kids are going to survive in Jackson

Coach Prime, I've been a die hard Philadelphia ML Sports fan (all sports) since the '60's. I'm only a couple years older than you. I "grew up" with you, watching you play FB and BB, always loved you and respected you, regardless of the jersey you wore, bc of your spirit, grace and poetry in motion on the field. I live in Arkansas now and was so thrilled when you came to JSU bc it's so close. I have followed what you've accomplished at JSU, read articles about your challenges and successes there. Now, I've listened to you speak at this PC and also your first mtg with the team...I am even more blown away by you, your words, your spirit, your passion, your vision, your humanity. I just gotta say, I love you, Coach Prime. I think you are a wonderful human being and I have a tremendous respect for you. May Hashem continue to Bless You, Deion! And I pray that you are successful in turning around the lives of these young men and all those you touch at CSU and in the community. I hope that I might be blessed to meet you some day. Amen!

Congrats Coach Prime! I must say I feel for those JSU players who have to watch this before they play the celebration bowl and stay motivated. You got them to believe in you, and themselves. I hope they can remain grateful above all else for your sacrifices and investments when they look back. Just understand, culturally this is not the same environment adjust, weed, do what you have to to make it do what it do. We rooting for you.

I admire Coach Prime. Talk about a difference maker. He saw an issue and is making a real difference. So cool

It is hard to predict what will happen to UC f’ball in the future. There will be a lot of excitement that’s for sure. It’s a pretty big challenge for Coach Prime. The PAC 12 is a pretty competitive conference and the current CU team has been beaten down. But no one can doubt his heart and how much he will give to his players. He also has the one thing on his side that other coaches may not have which is a strong and undeniable relationship with God. That in of itself will carry Coach Prime in this new journey not only in his own life but also in the lives of the players that he has now been assigned to coach and to teach.
Definitely gonna be following Colorado football! Can’t wait
