This shows the fabrication and testing of a phase modulator similar in principle to a Mach-Zehnder interferometer which incorporates an electro-optical polymer in a channel.

Great presentation ! I wonder whether the breakdown voltage damages the EO polymer . In some similar researches people have applied polling voltage for a pretty longer time (30 min). It's very interesting that here the poling process is done in a couple of minutes.
