What lvl you got him? If you check they characters lvl up skill progression you will see that supers get duration increases 2 times, you gotta get at least one for them to really get to use their super forms.
i just got him like an hour ago i got him thanks to the vault my precious baby forever and hes lvl 1 for now but also doesnt that mean i need to wait like 4 days before upgrading him?
