Please disregard serger edge finish in parts of the video. Had to troubleshoot machine while filming. Enjoy.- Brittany

I am still a beginner. I was quilting and switched over to sewing garments. I have taken a couple of classes but find my best help in RUclips videos like this and my FB group. This video saved my sanity. I had the nerve to buy stretch Rayon from MOOD fabrics. I didn’t know what I was getting into but I like challenges and I do persevere. I am at putting the sleeves on now and just hemming the sleeve is a challenge b/c it’s slippery fabric and too small to go around the arm of my machine. But the good part is I tried it on and it did not fall apart and I don’t see any more holes from where the bottom piece of fabric slipped and I didn’t grab it in the seam. Lawd. It’s been a challenge. I don’t even like wrap dresses but I wanted try this vintage one. I really love it. The print of the fabric is beautiful and it drapes just right.
    THANK YOU BRITTANY❤

I used a Stretch Rayon and it was hard to manage. I finally finished it but it has sooooo many errors.
Is the material you used just knit or is it jersey knit? What’s the easiest knit material to handle?

What is the sewing foot that you are using? I have a Baby Lock and I’ve not seen that before.

That's a built in even feed foot. Only certain sewing machines have them.

Is that the same as a walking foot

@teresawilliams662 yes, it's just built in

Hi. I use the Husqvarna Viking Designer Epic. It was a built in Integrated Dual Feed that acts similar to a walking foot.
