For this pyramid workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair and your mat for cool down!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 12.5kg!

I love the mental aspect to this... the first 20 seconds is almost a warm up, second set 40 seconds a pre exhaust before the 1 minute working set! Then downhill after!

Guys! I set out at the beginning of working out with Caroline to STOP always dropping to my knees for push-ups. Today I did ALLLL of them properly! I feel so good! And i thought I’d have to drop weights, but I managed the 20s the whole time! Amazing what Caroline can do for you if you stick with it! THANK YOU! ❤️💜💐

@@daninaydenova7115 Thank you! I’d recommend doing elevated pushups, with your hands up on a bench or something instead of going straight to the knees when tired. I think that’s what’s helping me to bridge the gap! Good luck to you!

I nearly did not do this workout, it looked challenging. But i knew all of Carolines followers would be challenging themselves as well and it motivated me to do the workout. I might be on my own in a garage doing Carolines workouts but i still feel like i am part of a community. 🙏
Hi Donna you are not the only one working out alone - your garage my family room 😆. We support and motivate each other as family - plus Caroline's the best - some sessions challenge me but I do the best I can and am always satisfied with the effort I give. I seriously don’t know how to thank you for doing these series. My body, strength, and health… not to mention my weight, has improved drastically. My first son is about to turn 10 months old, and through this program, I have been able to lose that last 15 to 20 stubborn pounds, and are back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I am stronger and healthier than ever, and simply can’t thank you or recommend you enough!!!!

This morning my quads were still sore from Wednesday’s leg workout so I didn’t know if I would have managed: instead I had no problems with my quads at all: yet another proof that Caroline is a fitness genius and knows perfectly well how to train every single muscle..

Happy Friday All! Another great workout for the books. I went light today with 15lbs and 10kg for the Bulgarian lunges. Also started using a pole for balancing during lunges and it makes such a difference. These 10 weeks are flying by and Caroline is so close to one million subscribers, that’s a BIG global workout class 😂. Thanks coach Girvan for keeping us motivated and healthy. The one minute timer is just a number. I had to think about about my upcoming vacation throughout and it worked! Didn’t know when 1 min went by. Btw I did PR 30 lbs 2x...: so proud of me. Thanks CG the irregular kg/lb conversion made me size up 😀 to what I have.

I love Caroline's workout
Whether EMON, Superets, Abs and Pyramid. It's a challenge especially for exercises you don't like. I hate Bulgariens. But I said to myself: you're going to do this. And I did it
But apart from the fantastic content of the videos, one should also point out the subtleties of these videos.
I mean that Caroline makes an enormous, indescribable effort with the workout/exercises, we don't need to write about that anymore, 9,000 are still missing, then Caroline will reach 1 million and that says it all.
But today I noticed for the first time that not only the timer, but also the percentages matched the top. incredible
Then there is a lot of enthusiasm for colour components and quality for videos behind it.

This was great! It's definitely been bulgarian overload this week, which has mentally been tough but I'm so thankful for it! Can really feel myself building confidence and strength with that move. The squat + press set at the end was just an absolute killer. Thanks Caroline!
Definitely have had a lot of Bulgarian work this week. Gotta love them inspite of the intense fatigue they cause!! The squat to press was KILLER! So intense! I really had to dig deep to stick with it. Loved the workout!! I really enjoyed the RDL/row combo too! Kept my mind going on the steps so the time really flew by.

Wow…. I think it was one of the most challenging strength workout I have ever done 🥵🥵🥵 I’m shaking like hell, I’m swimming in my own sweat, I can’t feel my muscles anymore…. But what a beautiful feeling to accomplish this workout !! Be proud of you every one ! 🔥❤️🔥

That was pretty awesome 👌 I do like Pyramid Training and find it very effective giving you a really good pump. Used 15 kg DBs today which was enough to make it difficult without being unachievable. Last set - Squat to Press was so hard pushing those 15s overhead for a minute was very difficult but managed it.....just. Plan some sprints later, providing the weather improves. Hi Anthony...sounds like you’ve had a great workout! 15 kg is impressive...I can well imagine the squat to press was very hard with those! Well done! We have just arrived in Somerset...staying in a cottage in a little village in the Blackdown Hills called Buckland St Mary. Rachel’s sister, Clare, lives about 2 miles away in a village called Bishopswood. We’ve just been over to see her. Very nice as I haven’t seen her since October and I’ve always got on well with her. Rachel’s mother lives about 10 miles away in another village called Pitminster. We’ll see her tomorrow! I suppose you could say this is idyllic rural England apart from the weather which is very cold, windy and with periods of heavy rain! Have a nice weekend, and I’ll see you for Sunday HIIT! The cottage has a notice to say avoid streaming video as they have a limit on their WiFi...but I’ll do it early in the morning and hope they don’t notice. The owners live at the other end of the house and the WiFi is shared! Catch up soon! Matthew

Not only we grown ups even kids are trying to follow you. Every day my 4year old niece come to me and say I want to do exercise and she is trying to do . Today she was trying to do burpee Hiit and while doing she is saying I want to be strong. She is my cheerleader also when I do she says yes you can do it! You got itt! You are almost there. while I do workouts she come and give high five.😘

I have a motivation issue, I never want to workout until I start, so I started doing this thing to where I have to put on my workout clothes and find a video to do, and if I still didn't feel like doing it, I wouldn't workout. I did the workout 75% of the time. I found your videos, and I now do the workout 100% of the time! I love the videos and the motivation so much! Thank you!

@@FlossontheMill Morning Philippa! I had an awesome session, indeed! Caroline's full body sessions have always been a highlight for me ... they target so many muscle groups. My jumping rope session also included push ups, squats and planking (4 rounds) ... I didn't do skipping throughout!😅😉 I woke up with tight leg muscles yesterday ... after a recovery run my legs felt fine - hopefully they will forgive this new torture!😅😅😅 I'm sure you'll rock this one! I have say I LOVED this workout but it went by sooo FAST!! this is the second pyramid workout I've done and I have to say I really enjoy them. Caroline has out together a fabulous set of workouts in this program I can not thank her enough.. Each morning I can not wait to see the workout of the day.. I just have to say I hope these programs don't ever stop!! I dint think I will ever step foot in a gym again as long as I have Caroline, she is a brilliant trainer and a wonderful person!! I can't thank her enough!! Can't wait for Sunday HIIT even though I'm getting 😥 as it will be the end if week 7...where did the time go??
