FEEL THE HEAT No Repeat Full Body Workout - CARDIO | EPIC Heat - Day 44

- Full body, no repeat dumbbell cardio workout! But no repeat doesn’t mean less intensity! These exercises are positioned within this total body workout in an order to really make you work! We kick it off with lower body, then upper then full body movements!! You will love it!
The timer will be on for 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest so it’s going to be a short time between each exercise!
For this challenging full body workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, your mat and a chair for some dips, Bulgarian lunges and decline push ups!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 17.5kg and 9kg.

Caroline showed us again that you don't need repetitions to train effectively and sweaty,
I remember when Caroline did the windmill for the first time, I wasn't able to do it at all, but today I did it, the windmill. It didn't look as graceful as Caroline's, but that didn't matter.
Gyms open here , but I don't need a gym , ok I miss the barbells , but Caroline gives me so much added value , no gym will give me that . Just the fact that I do my sports programme every morning would not have been there before. But since I've been following Caroline, I've become even more disciplined, even though I swear a lot, it's fun and I feel fantastic.

If I can give two quick tips. For the squat swing, if you have a kettlebell, use it. For the windmill also the kettlebell ☺️. Thank you Caroline. Also the best feeling when working with Caroline when you take a moment in a set and look up at the screen and see, even coach it taking a moment, you know you’re giving your all. 🎉❤😊

I just loved this week and today's full body was one of my favs! The longer work times combined w shorter tests kept my heart rate high and my muscles challenged. I LOVED every move!!

It’s great that you are pushing yourself to near breaking point, thats how you get the best out of this.
I feel exactly the same, sometimes my muscles do give way, so I have to go back and do that set again with slightly lighter weight. That’s quite humbling.

What a workout. I used two 15kgs, 12.5k, 9kg and 7.5kg Dumbells. Sweaty mess, cardio and strength. Loved it.

Intensity is definitely on the increase and the Heat is rising, who would have thought when I started with Caroline last March that I would have been doing Squats and Lunges with 20kg DBs. My legs were so weak I could hardly coupe with 10kgs at the start. This really has been an awesome journey, I remember buying my 25kg Interchangeable DBs and thinking I wonder will I ever use the 25kg. Obviously we have been using one for hip thrusts but this week chest presses were up to 22.5 kg DBs so I'm really hopeful those 25s are going to get more use. I so love EPIC Heat its been the highlight of my all my training and such a feel good event for me. Combined with my sprints and riverside challenges I really feel Caroline and my online training buddies have encouraged me to a new level of fitness. 😍 Happy Weekend Team 😉

I can't believe just one week left of Epic heat...I loved how even half an hour workout with Caroline kicks my butt...less time doesn't mean low intensity...
When I started epic 1 I used to lift 10 pounds and now I lift 25kg for legs and 7-8kg for arms, how far I have come..thanks alot caroline, couldn't have done this without you...

This was truly a cardio workout and hit all the right muscles perfectly! I love when I can slow down and concentrate on form. The ab add on was tough on my shoulders with the weights but of course loved the burn! Enjoy your day everyone and see you all Sunday for HIIT with weights! ⭐️

I really felt it in my shoulder Heather! Especially with those decline pushups to pike to dips 😳🥴🔥!! Killer! I was sweating like crazy too. Absolutely loved today's workout. The limited rest kept it intense and I was completely exhausted at the end and feeling amazing😊

Hullo Caroline, its a Monday and your workout just set my Monday on fire. Up early before anyone else and have tucked a 1 hour walking session on the treadmill and your EPIC under my belt - with you my Monday’s never “get me down” (as Karen Carpenter used to sing) - no, if I can do THIS on a Monday, just imagine what I will do on Tue, Wed, Thur and Friday? This workout challenged me and I’m the better for it. Your workouts tone us and peel away all the “extras” to reveal HEALTHY, realistic, wholesome bodies - bodies which enable us to meet all the physical demands life might place before us. I love your videos! I run long distance and these have helped me get stronger. I do them 2 or 3 times a week in between my runs. As a suggestion, I would personally love more abs on your complete body workouts. Very grateful to have found you!
Dude that last set I was like come on good form don’t give up on me now lol. I had to stop and readjust myself before finishing that last set the right way. I loved this whole session especially the lower body even though I was dead already in my legs.

I got vaccinated this morning and even though I was feeling fine I decided to do the upper body section with 6kg instead of 8. I'm amazed at how light it felt! I remember when I started HEAT and 6kg felt really heavy... we've all come so far!!

What a sweaty and energetic start to the weekend. Loved the format, due to only 10sec rest my heart rate was up the whole time. I really liked that it was divided into lower body, upper body and full body, because it reminded me of your older workouts. Finisher was brutal, I felt my legs and pike push ups were so hard after declined push ups!
Finished with dumbbell abs, really enjoyed it.

Yes it felt like 30 min complex at some point, 10sec went by so quickly. Oh yes, and arnold press and then straight into one arm press was tough!

I love this series :) a shorter workout is easier to fit into the day, and motivates me to try using my heavier weights since it's only 30 minutes! And my shoulders have never looked better :D

I liked this one as I am know more busy and even tough i still have 1hr of my day to spare I can feel the intensity of my week build up so I really like the 30 min sessions and the add on are the most fun ones.
