- While India races to become a major, global industrial nation and Bhutan endeavors to control the negative effects of economic growth, the Bengal tiger is fighting for its very existence -- with less than 3000 animals left in the entire world.
The kingdom of Bhutan sits high in the Himalayan mountains and is one of the most remote nations on earth. This peaceful nation, which just opened its borders and communication channels to the outside world, has a long feudal history. In fact, the countryside is dotted with medieval fortresses, testament to the many battles with armies coming over the mountains from Tibet. The country was not truly unified until 1907 under its first king. The present monarch is 5th in this line.
Excellent Documentary and well presented with a well spoken narrator simple and informative Best Wishes to the people of India and Bhutan from Australia Health and happiness to all

Shere Khan at the Cold Lairs In Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book.
Excellent information and brilliant video. As I always say, your videos should be shown in schools etc
Brilliant travel guide
Simply fantastic and great information.
Brilliant travel guide, infact ALL your videos are.
Great video !!! One correction needed at 9:30 - B for Baadshah (while describing B2) - Baadshah means empiror/King in Urdu/Hindi and not a Baby.
The narrator said 'Bachha' not 'Baadshah', and it does mean a kid in Hindi. Her pronunciation might have tricked you. :-)
Batcha not badshaah!
Love tigers 🐅🐅 my favourite beast beside leopards 🐆🐆
Lovely documentary 😍
Wonderful video! Have been to Varanasi! Love the sights and sounds of India! Liked and subscribed!!
🐅 tigers are very beautiful animals
Marry one
nice footage of tigers moving about ~
Nice documentary. But at 9:15 - Badshah means King/ruler not baby and it's an Urdu word not Hindi.
Great
Like the sound of jungle.
I appreciate the naration, as someone whose mother tongue is not English.
It's a New York Accent.. maybe Long Island
Awesome
Indian forest department should fill the empty water area with fresh water.. animals need them.
It would be much nicer to use the tgers names instead of b17 for example. Sounds very clinical. Like a boring report is being read aloud.
tigers are so powerful
The narrator's voice is sounding like Susan Sarandon's.
Holy crap, you're right. Nice catch
presently there are 2967 tigers in India.
Not bad its slowley rising
Now it's 3020 approx
@@mayankmishra5927 really? Any source??
Tigre bianca fatti vedere...dopo scappi...ciao Daniele...😮
Buddhist and Bhutan part of this video really enthralled me.
Beautiful video. Like the remoteness of Bhutan. But the tiger situation looks really dire as population hit 1.3 Gig. Majority of them surviving through subsistence farming. Thus leaving less and less as habitat for the wildlife.
Save tigers 🐯
How old is this video? Year?
can anyone please explain the name of the indian place with shiva temples and the Buddhist cave from 6.12 to 7.45 ?
Given that each male tiger need large territory for itself, and competition for land from the evergrowing human population, the tiger population is worrying. Why, for goodness sake, cant some tigers be relocated to less populated areas of other countries in an international collabration?
Which Countries ?
I hate the way you call them T17 or whatever number
The thought of a tiger is what nightmares are made of...👎👎👎
12:43 that is a grime image
I love Tigers but the leopard was beautiful too
The population figures of 1 million of the noncitizen in Bhutan is incorrect and moreover 99% are Nepalese not Tibetan. There is just couple of thousand Tibetan at most in Bhutan as most of them have left Bhutan in 1980-90 to India.
😂😂
relationship, tiger ice cream, satou
Badsha means King not Baby
Tigers are slay
I love tiger & lion documentaries but I’m not a huge fan of her voice. For some reason when I can’t tolerate the narrators voice it kinda ruins it for me & makes me stop watching. Anyone else?
SheClutches her voice is actually engaging.
Sandeep Singh not at all but to each their own, everyone has a different opinion.
You see me ?9
8:30

fang
when I think of india, i think ordinary people colonised and exploited
bhutan tiger popolation is less then bangladesh
Currently we have only 116 tigers in Bangladesh. 😣
Tiger is brutal
Try using fertility drugs in tigers!
what i dont like was riding the elephant i hate it. they should not use to ride.
Yes , they should ride horses into the jungle
Look I do not want to see Tigers/Any Animals with submissive sexual collars on, and you name the tiger an AIDS nickname, PATHETIC. PS: those collars are way to big and hinder movement/the hunt and the tiger call!!!!!!!!
Game Hunting should be awesome over there. Wished the Indian government would consider this option 👍
Game hunting by British almost made the Indian Lion extinct . Due to foresight by the local ruler , the last Lions of India , numbering less than 20 , were saved . Due to intense protection , there are 600+ Indian Lions which are found in Gir Forest of Gujarat state .
We cannot allow Our Other Big Cat , the Tiger to become extinct . As it is , they are extremely endangered due to habitat loss and poaching for body parts being supplied to Chinese markets .
No.
Thumbs down on narration
😂😅,7.01, so as per this stupid video, Siddharth, aka, the Buddha,is the founder of Jainism and not Buddhism!! 😅😂
Great
