Where do store the mango pickle for 20-25 days .. in the sun or inside ? And should we mix it ? Tie it with cloth ??
Store inside. You can tighten the container lid . No need to use cloth. You can mix once a week to make sure it's alright

The kairi water that I kept was not enough to wet the masala so I added some vinager to it. Was that ok. What else could I have done. ? Please advise.
It doesn't matter if the water is less. Every mango is different n can give less water. You could have added less. Adding vinegar is fine too. Not necessary but it won't spoil the pickle as well.
Should we keep the Water for 3 days in room temperature
Can we use rock salt instead of common salt.
I have never used Rock salt in pickles

Dhoop mein jaldi sukhte hai aur sure koi moisture nahi rahega. Room mein Sukha sakte hai but time zyada kagega
