    Same to same this type of achar my Nani used to make it.this type of achar is very common in WESTERN UTTAR PRADESH

    Where do store the mango pickle for 20-25 days .. in the sun or inside ? And should we mix it ? Tie it with cloth ??

      Store inside. You can tighten the container lid . No need to use cloth. You can mix once a week to make sure it's alright

    very nice! Mam aapne Jo paani dala hai use a char kharab nahi hoga? Traditnly surf oil hi daalte hain na?

      +Tia Raj it doesn't get spoiled. It's my grandmother's recipe and I have a batch of this achar at home from last summer

    For 20to 25 days again we have to dry in sunlight or at room temperature mam pls reply

      No... After adding oil and masala let it stay at room temperature for 20-25 days. More it will mature better it will taste

    Did you heat the oil before adding?? Should the oil be burnt like we usually do with mustard oil..

    The kairi water that I kept was not enough to wet the masala so I added some vinager to it. Was that ok. What else could I have done. ? Please advise.

      It doesn't matter if the water is less. Every mango is different n can give less water. You could have added less. Adding vinegar is fine too. Not necessary but it won't spoil the pickle as well.

      Dhoop mein jaldi sukhte hai aur sure koi moisture nahi rahega. Room mein Sukha sakte hai but time zyada kagega

    Me Dhai killo Aam laai thi par uska itna Paani nhi nikla Jitna aapki Tarah masalo me thoda liquid ho sake masala sukha sa bana hai to Aachar me Jada oil daalu Aachar usme Bhiga rahe

      Required nahi hai. Aap dalna chahe toh oil Ko smoking point tak garam kare phir pura thanda hone de. Room temperature par aane tak. Phir aachar mein Dale. Garam oil direct nahi dale
