I remembered FIRE! pinball machine! Tower Lanes Bowling Center in Tacoma, Washington. I was 16 at the time in 1987 and loved the sounds on the pinball machine! My absolute favorite! Thanks for the RUclips video!
This game had such an effect on me. I remember playing this in August 1987 in the airport in, Spokane Washington. I was only 8 years old, but the game stood out to me because I distinctly remember getting 15 extra plays (skill vs luck vs extra quarters in the machine, I don't know) regardless why. I remeber this game throughly.... Then a year or 2 later I remember this game being showcased on the, Price is Right, and I was so excited to see it once again.
I use to play pinball machines all over the midwest and rarely found one i couldn't beat, this was mt favorite layout of all time. I loved the particular machine I played because the tilt was set low and you could shake the hell out of it.
great game very underrated one of my favorite system 11 games There must be settings for the sounds as my fire did not keep doing the fake sirens over and over
It honestly sounded like a switch problem to me, like something kept triggering it. I notice that it would keep showing the bonus value at the start of every ball, which only happens when you hit a switch to advance the bonus, not when a ball is first served. I believe it's supposed to start at 1K but it was already at 3K, so clearly something is continually registering hits, I think. Sorry for the rant you didn't ask for haha
@@Jetrulez15 Its been a while since i owned one but i think it was the top two switches on the small horseshoe Around the ladder ramp return that advanced the multiplier The outer bottom loop triggered the fake sirens i think The leaf switches attached to the wireforms that triggered them were tricky to set up Great game though once restored and the out lane posts are moved to the hardest position Fire and black night 2000 are my favorite system 11 games
@@thephantomarse8525 That sounds right. Never worked on a Fire! before, my current project is my WhiteWater which I'm fully restoring. I can't even imagine how you can even get to those switches without taking everything off. Black Knight 2000 is for sure a pinball legend!

The machine isn't quirky at all. At least if you take the time to figure out how it works. It's quite stupid to disconnect the bell, since it can be controlled in the menu. You can turn it to "a lot", "less" and "off". And of course it's loud, it's a physical bell for god's sakes. That's what it's built for. It's the coolest thing ever and i have it on "a lot" of course, because why on earth would you not? Jeez....
Either a bug in the software (unlikely) or the sound board is having problems. If not everything is working, sometimes music and speech will just randomly cut out.
This was an awesome game. I found it to be a lot of fun; I wish I could find it anymore to play. You probably have to get about 30 million to get a free game these days. Back when I was playing it, it was 1,300,000.
Hi All...just bought this pinball machine (my first pinball). Great game but not sure if I can change the settings to 4 or 5 balls rather than 3. I would also like to erase the current High Score also if possible. Anybody on here know if and how I could do this please?
Go to the internet pinball database (ipdb) and look the machine up, you can then download the manual and it will tell you how to do both these things 👍
You have to open the coin door and go through the settings, one of them will be number of balls a game. You'll see three buttons inside on the door (two black, one red). Just use those buttons to navigate through the menus until you see Adjustments (the display will show "ADJ" to show you're in the adjustments menu). You'll have to play around with the buttons to figure out how to get around (I only know how to use the 4 button ones lol). The middle button has an up and down position, which affects what the other 2 buttons do, as well. Good luck!
I just bought one its my 9th system 11 European import to Australia very good condition it has the most abonixious sounds affects like my police force pinball
I own this machine and don't see this problem at all. Maybe you were playing on a machine that has been tampered with? What do you mean by "too closed outlanes" anyway? Doesn't really tell me anything.
Unforgettable times, back in the 90's... hours and hours of practice, and loads of money, spent on this amazing machine!

Wen i was 14-17 i've spent all my winters on this machine. Absolutely great memories... now i'm 46... The multiball was a masterpiece.
i have it :)
I remember our local fire dept. actually had this machine in the fireman's break room. Cool machine.

Probably just a nostalgia thing, but I love this machine, crazy sounds and all ha ha!
Really cool machine, would love to play one of these if I saw one.

2:15 Oh, my god, you actually trapped the ball! I know you're notorious for playing on the fly, but that was pretty darn funny.
Played this constantly in law school with the Dean
5:08 What happened to the music ?

The poor general illumination relay......... I forgot that they used to fire that relay super quick to make the G.I. lamps flash.....

i played this pinball a lot
Love this machine! it's a shame that is too easy keeping ball in play, with too closed outlanes, making it boring after a few games

Yep, I played it but was set up easy at Pre ifpa in 2019, but if you increase inclination, make outlanes larger and maybe disable post it becomes hard
Never heard of this one
high scores: 9999999 9999999 9999999 9999999
I remember this as a kid but I didn't remember the fake bell sound (from the outside loop) being so annoying. That would drive me nuts.
god yes, i couldnt get through the whole video
EXCELLENTpoo I agree!!!!
You can adjust in settings. There’s “a lot” “less” and “none” of I remember the settings correctly. Kinda funny
Williams' Rescue 911
This came 7 years before Gottlieb's Rescue 911.
the noise.. so bad for this era. all other sys 11 machines have nice music and fx
