This quote tells us that each universe is capable of creating its own narratives and stories. This is including all platonic concepts. So we know that Mandrakk has covered one of the criteria to be boundless. He surpasses all platonic concepts and all stories. all these concepts and stories are surpassed by the endless. The endless is bound to the sphere of gods who scale below the source wall. So by this logic Mandrakk has trancended all dimensionality. all of space time. he has surpassed platonic concepts. he has surpassed everything including the overvoid.
