The detailed textured costume, the color of the skin, the blinking realistic reptile eyes, the realistic feet, the natural movements that the man inside the dinosaur was acting, are beyond my wildest expectations and simply EXTRAORDINARY!!! Japanese are genious!! I am speechless. I love your channel's videos very much. I suggest you to make a deal with the Disney company and bring these shows to the parks ! ☺

What is “perfect” is relative to what you want to accomplish. If they wanted it to be _perfectly_ accurate, they’d just make a stationary model like the ones you see in museums. They wanted to make a perfect _dino suit_ that balances anatomic details with robust movement. And that’s what they achieved. By avoiding any animatronics but the blinking of the eyes, the suit can interact with an audience without risk of damaging the mechanisms or injuring the crowd. The structure, center of gravity and pliable material of the head, arms, feet and tail is what makes Dino-A-Live absolutely unique-being able to respond to its environment in real time like a living animal.
They usually come in three options: Natural legs but humans legs show Unnatural high stiff legs but humans legs don't show (this one) Unnatural low stiff legs and human legs don't show (worst look imo)

The design is patented, so we don’t know the precise mechanisms, but I would think it's very much like a large puppet. The tail movement is not controlled at all by the person inside, it just moves with the suit. They could not risk having any animatronics moving the jaws and the neck because this would make contact with the audience impossible. Their heads are like foam pillows with skin over them. The eyelids might have a little motor or something that the human inside can control or maybe that is remote controlled. Either way, there are no animatronic parts to this and most of their dinosaurs. The interior, though, must have CCTV screens because there are cameras hidden on the dinosaurs. I would bet they have some kind of fan and air conditioning or something because the inside of the suit must get very hot, especially when the dinosaurs do shows outside!

Ever heard of realistic suits? If this was a real dinosaur it would be on the news EVERYWHERE. And if you look closely, you can see that it is a suit. And their not even trying to hide it! They show their progress on their suites over time.
