*Red Alert 2 Tips:*
Playing with Brutal AIs is easy in the Arctic map:
Financial Tip:
- Just destroy the enemies’ bridges immediately at the beginning with Grizzlies/Rhinos.
- Make 2 Nighthawk Transport and 12 engineers.
- Use the 8 engineers to capture the oil rigs in the middle, and use the nighhawks to transport 6 enginnees to the oil rigs and airports at the top and bottom of the map.
- make some spies and use the nighthawks to transport them to the enemy bases and steal their money
Defense Tip:
- When the bridges are destroyed, enemies are likely to attack with air units (harrier, kirov) and robot tanks.
- make as many air defense as possible, its better to make IFVs than Patriot missiles since you can move them anywhere.
- to counter robot tanks, mirage tanks are the best
- never understimate G.I. and Guardian G.I. They are extremely great at defense at a cheap price.
- always build the war factory as far as possible from the base, it always gets targetted by superweapons.
Offense Tip:
- It’s better to use all forces and units to attack at once rather than letting them slowly get killed one by one.
- For example, its better to siege the enemy base with 50 kirovs at once rather than just 5 kirovs at a time.
- Dreadnoughts and Aircraft Carriers are op at late game, but before using them, make sure to protect them with dolphins and submarines.
Factions Tip:
Allied Force - fastest to progress/ most money and resources
Soviets - strongest brute force/ most destructive weapons and units
Yuri - best defense at early game/ best offense at late game. but is very tricky to use
allied are strong in the late game so unlocking their battle lab tech should be done as fast as possible.
soviet are strongest at early game. Build many rhino tanks as much as possible to overrun enemies. at late game soviet units are so slow, expensive and easy to counter.
yuri are straight up broken. you cannot beat a yuri in resources (mindcontrol, grinder and genetic mutator). and yuris are very strong extremely late game when resourses are depleting.

As yuri: sobrang mahalaga yung grinder. lahat ng hindi mo kailangang units sa mind control, gawin mong pera sa grinder. tapos yung genetic mutator, para talaga sa mga slaves yun. gawa ka madaming slave miners, gamitan mo ng mutator, tapos lagay mo yung brutes sa grinder. instant pera. lakas ng strat na yan lalo na pag nagkakaubusan na ng ores.
yung mga ufo naman maduga din. meron yung higop na pwede sa powerplants at ore refinery ng kalaban.

Playing on a map without oil rigs and buildings with your base at the middle of the map is a death sentence against brutal AI.

for tips destroy bridge using tank press ctrl then right click on the middle of the bridge. or use dynamite if allied us navy seal. so you can focus in 1 enemy

Madali lang Brutal AI (no powerups) sa Arctic circle once nakuha mo weakness nila. Once nasira bridge, puro Kirov, Harrier/Black eagle or UFO papadala at hindi nila irerepair bridge kahit pa may engineer sila sa kabilang side.
I feel old by this game. Almost 20 years ago when I last time played the first RA on PC.
