This July 2022 Franz, Timo and I had our sights set on one of the three Great North Faces of the Alps: The Walker Spur on the Grandes Jorasses. It would be our most epic alpine climb ever, but will we succeed?

Hey Landolini, question, what did you rap on when coming down Aiguille de Leschaux? bolts or did you leave lots of slings? :)

Hey, we rappelled the route that we climb as it has bolted anchors. It's doable and somewhat, but with the some rock and angled terrain we got our rope stuck twice and had to retrieve it. Apperently there is a better rap route on the right, but I dont have any info on that, but I'm sure you can ask about it at the hut.
