Man you missed the obvious Anarchist's Cookbook + Safety Scissors play there. Actually if you found Sack Boy later (still haven't finished the video) you could have broken the game with AC and the scissors cuz sometimes the troll bombs turned regular bombs get re-rolled into sacks.
Why does nobody use the duct tape trinket properly? Just carry it into a room, drop it right at the door, immediately back out to the previous room, then go right back to the room with the tape. You pick the tape up immediately upon entering the room, so it makes your babies stay in one spot, right on you.
Why didn't you take "NO!"? You had Mega, you almost certainly weren't going to get rid of it. NO! would have provided way more value than Safety Scissors.

The trapdoor items don't work on Sheol or Cathedral. You probably found a trapdoor on the floor or teleported to an error room.
