Steroids greatly boosted my fitness progress, enabling me to surpass previous milestones and achieve results more quickly. Their effectiveness depends on incorporating them wisely within a carefully designed regimen that prioritizes both growth and well-being.
Test Enan is commonly used in hormone replacement therapy to address low testosterone levels, promoting muscle growth and improving overall well-being. Tren, on the other hand, greatly enhances muscle size and strength. Speeds up recovery from injuries as well.
Totally agree. Steroids helped me recover faster and maintain muscle mass, especially during intense training or after injury. It's amazing how they can support bone health as well, which is crucial for people with conditions like osteoporosis.
There’s no doubt to the benefits of steroids. Honestly, it has greatly impacted my life. It played a major role in achieving my desired physique. People should learn not to abuse these substances and act like they are all bad.
Hey everyone, I’m looking for reliable sources for both steroids and protein supplements. I know it’s crucial to be cautious with these, especially with steroids, so I want to make sure I’m getting them from trustworthy sources. For protein supplements, I’m also interested in recommendations for reputable brands. Any suggestions or advice on where to find safe and high quality options?
to the guy behind the camera: if you’re struggling with focus just turn up the aperture to increase the focus space then you won’t struggle as much with having to adjust the focus everytime he leans back and forth. if the image gets too dark pull up the iso or to be extra safe make the lights a bit brighter before hand
Why is not giving a fuck so cool to you? I don’t get that mentality, I guess it’s a losers way of thinking 😂. You can’t win at anything so you simply say “I don’t give a fuck” but you do, you really do. 😂
Lowkey this is the most interesting podcast featuring Togi, as so far I've watched like 3 others but this one is jus pretty tuff in comparison, in the others it consisted of the same questions and answers but here it feels like a more detailed story behind Togi which I think is tuff
The steroid talk in bodybuilding is redundant honestly. The problem is bodybuilders are telling kids not to use steroids while having the glitz and glamour of being a professional bodybuilder such as the money, the sponsors, the girls, etc… until these bodybuilding corporations start pumping money into natural bodybuilding and promoting those individuals; nothing will ever change. It’s such a weird conversation to have especially when there’s reactionary videos like “natty or not” and these guys are telling kids “hey you can’t look like this without steroids”! What do they expect. Or another example is if hypothetically Samson Dauda tells kids not to take steroids while he’s driving around in his McLaren and flying out to foreign countries. Like come on guys let’s be honest for once. I’m all for the sport but these influencer gotta stop the nonsense.
it will never happen. People prefer monsters, people want unreal things, not normal things, they want to be entertained. Just look at Social media trends, who gets all the attention? the one who is bigger... People want MONSTERS; people dont want normal...

They have to know that. Do you know how much money mr O give Cbum? Or Sam ?it's not the reason why they are getting rich
Yeah. Same here. I can’t find the subscriber button though. Maybe RUclips won’t allow us to subscribe to this type of objectionable content… that I love 😂😂😂!
Great content and outstanding interview, discussed in a way that today's youth would understand. A lot of realness mixed with an IDGAF mindset, and sarcasm. We all make crucial life decisions that eventually manifest into negative results later...mentally, physically, and physiologically. To each, his own. I'm 46, been working out since I was about 14 years old. Never took any kind of gear and probably never will. Although I'm debating on starting TRT. But AC Slater on Saved by the Bell and Marky Mark were my inspirations early on and I just kept up the lifestyle. So many great fitness influencers out there and I mostly like to watch their content for their workout advice. To the influencers who are transparent/honest about their gear use, I commend you. This includes Nyle, most recently, Sadik, and even CBum have admitted steroid usage and even revealed their cycles. I'm a healthcare professional and work in a hospital and see sick people every day. But they're older, have lived a long life, and are on their last legs. Gear, in the overall scheme of things, is bad for your heart, ages you faster, and leads to an early death. I'm a huge wrestling fan and almost all my favorite wrestlers from the 80s and 90s passed away as a result of steroid use (complications from prolonged use). But just like rock climbing, sky diving, or any extreme sport or lifestyle, bodybuilding has its risks. To invest in this lifestyle is a personal choice. To invest in it as a way of life, as a job or business, and as a way of surviving, ala a fitness influencer, is different. You have to do gear to look good, to gain followers, and to produce content. You have to be controversial to garner even more attention. People have to hate you so they can see what all the fuss is about. But if this is a sustainable business model necessary for personal income, much respect to you all for keeping it honest.

I honestly feel so sorry for this kid. He will never live a normal life if he doesn’t stop soon.
But of feedback from a producer / editor Nyle bro!! Put a filter over the mic so listeners don’t get a sore ear listening to you speak when taking breaths in between words. Otherwise sick fkn video dude!🤝
togi lives his life out loud. those who cant do that are naturally not gonna like seeing what "they could be". ultimately togi is just living his life as honestly as he can while being himself. is that so bad?
True, but for a fulltime job like these influencers, or even professional bodybuilders it’s a pretty simple task especially if it’s your passion. Eat, train, sleep, inject, film some videos, repeat. And sure peds aren’t all someone needs for this sport, yet exclusively without them odds are we wouldn’t know of nyle, togi, or even top guys like ronnie, arnold, cbum, jay cutler. They are a necessity, both from a fitness influencer standpoint (most at least), and a pro bodybuilding standpoint. They work best if you you dial in all the other aspects of bodybuilding, bit they are pretty much 100% a necessity if you want to be a successful fitness influencer or a bodybuilder.

Getting bloodwork is great, and i dont know if this is his case since he's so young, but it doesnt mean much if you see it getting worse and will keep juicing. And eventually, that will happen to most.

My life is boring AF, all I can say is do ur thing Togi while ur young, have fun but be careful with all the “vices”. Just watching this video makes me wanna go rip a few lines.
TOGI now seems to be having a good time in life in general, but when that changes for some reason (everyone has ups and downs) his substance habits are going to get him with no mercy, be aware.
