I usa a sideloader etc sidelifter. Here in Australia. And i move anywhere between 15 -30 containers a day. This sideloader would absolutely be far too slow for my daily job. We use a swedish brand called HAMMAR. They are far quicker and saves a lot of lost time, as time is money.
Stephen Miller I used to use a swinglift (not the newer models they’ve been over engineered) and an old steelbro for loading and unloading trucks swinglift was way quicker than hammar and steelbro, but steelbro was more reliable. This thing would just do my head in push this button then push that button why not just make it so you could operate it all from the remote, then the control box looks like it would be way to exposed for potential damage than a hammar and steelbro.
I use all 3 types that we have in our company,, My favorite is Swing Lift in my opinion the fastest is Swing Lift. I Use HAMMAR and STEELBRO, our company has over 20 side lifters 4 of them Swing Lift. they're the hardest to learn but once you get the train going, your un stoppable. I did a challenge in the yard once move 10 empty containers from one section to another Swing Lift vs HAMMAR. I took 6 of them in the Swing Lift. so fast to set up and run. all in under 30 minutes. the drive was only roughly 300 Meters away all 10 moved in 26.4 minutes. 2 trucks. HAMMAR is always good and friendly but if speed you're after, Swing Lift however precautions are a MUST. only speed up if you're very experienced. I been doing side lift for over 20 years the other follow was around 14 years. so side loaders are our toys.
The best side loaders were designed and built in New Zealand. Common practice. Accordingly all factories and warehouses are at ground level. Simple. Truck turnaround is fast.
Poor remote control put away in a bumpy metal box, looks like the driver doesn't have to pay for the remote by him himself haha. but awesome equipment haha:)
外国にはすごくユニークな機械が多いですね。
日本ではあまり活躍する機械がなさそうですがこれは中々に良い設計だと思います。

Just watched a HAMMAR video, does not look any faster. Do you use a different model?

Stephen Miller it's the same at our company. We got two HAMMAR. Best sideloader I think

احسنتم ياأبطال على هاذه صناعات الجميله اروعه حقيقه تسر اناظر أبطال 👏👏💪💪
I have never seen a side lifter like this before =D
Das Video könnte besser mit einer Musik untermalt sein... Dieses Gepiepe lässt einen ja ausklinken!

actually that is true but i think hammer is catching up. this lifter is complicated for such a simple task.
Yep ours are way faster and smoother, that was painful
@@terryrack2534 I think Hammar is the best. We got two of them in our company and we are moving 20 Tc's every day with one of them
@@philklammer4644 Yeah this looks like a joke compared to Hamnar.
Never seen a solution like this, most places leave something under the container so you can just slide the trailer underneath.
Do you have an distribution in the USA , can the trolley be extended as long as 53 Ft?
But can it lift a container loaded to its maximum weight?
Yes of course
This is better and less complex
Looks good but it seems to take a lot time and effort be easier to get a crane
Take a look at HAMMAR. They build sideloader with cranes. An they work much faster
Another mind-blower!!! BRAVO!!!
You can manipulate all Typ of Container. 20ft / 30ft / 40ft Hc with the Same Chassis.
The best sideloader was built by Klaus from Germany! ! !
Yes klaus - sideloader was good, but to heavy build and now broke down......
Sometimes I am working with a KLAUS. But yes: too heavy. 60tonns with a full TC.
There is a good reason why this has not been implemented on the marked. This is straight up donkey balls...
What were they smoking when they designed This Disaster?
Really interesting, would there be a way to also load 20' with the same trailer "loading" system?
Javier Lavin See. My answer. All Typ of Container can be manipulate
what is the lift capacity?
The liftin capacity of the Hammar.is 33-36t. Or tonne it depends on your country weights lbs. or t in Australia.
I'm interested with that job

You can have a Trade Agreement for USA.
Awesome except for darn beeping.
Why don't we have this type of service in the USA?
Because USA no brain people like europe . 😁😁😁😁
Not much good if you can't get a ramp onto it while on the trailer.
Much simpler mechanisms that do the same loading......
Truknya apik
吊ったときかなり揺れんのね。あとコンテナベタおきじゃないと積めないのか。
結局フォークかキャリアが必要やん
Des mer des gepiepse auf de zeiger geh'n ....
遅い!
Novel solution
No Thanks. Absolutely slow, primitive & un-user friendly. Man that painful to watch...
A forklift would be faster lol
OK
But only if the forklift is THERE.
We can load and unload containers like this in less than 5 minutes using pickup trailers, or rolloff tow truck.. lol waste of time
