      Thank you so much! It would be wonderful if it could help at least one person to feel less alone and able to seek help. Take care of yourself!

    Hello Rachel, I have also experienced my depression giving me a darkened view of my surroundings. That was during one particularly bad winter. One of my diagnosis is Seasonal Affective Disorder. I send love and positive energy to you and hope for the best for us all.

      Hi Julie, I’m so incredibly sorry you’ve been through such struggles and my heart goes out to you. I also experience SAD so I completely understand that, right now it’s winter in Aus and I’m so cold, but mine also hits during summer afternoons so it’s like there’s no relief from it! Positive energy to you too, please be kind to yourself and take care of yourself always

    Are you going to start streaming on RUclips? Reddit doesn't notify when you're live

    • @RunningSaxophonist
      @RunningSaxophonist  4 года назад +2

      Sure, if that would help you out! I’ve never streamed on RUclips before so I might be a bit rusty at the start but I’ll give it a go :) take care of yourself!

    what can get you sent to a psyc ward as a minor in the US? I cut and am worried that my therapist or my schools nurse or counselor might find out

    • @RunningSaxophonist
      @RunningSaxophonist  4 года назад +2

      I’m so sorry you have to suffer through that, but you’re so brave for wanting to seek help. I’m not versed on the mental health system in the US I’m sorry, but this really isn’t something you should be suffering through alone. Please seek help - maybe just open up to your parents to start with, or the school counsel or if you feel more comfortable with that. There are also many online or phone resources you can utilise. I’m sorry I can’t help more, but the important thing is that you DO seek out help. Please try and be kind to yourself, you’re deserving of help and there is help out there.

    Hello Hun it’s me, I appreciate the comment on dinosaur chicken nuggets. Just remember that people love and care for you. I hope you get better

      Hey Sniper, it’s awesome to hear from you again :) I loved the question, it’s so great to get those completely off-topic questions! Admittedly I’m a bit bummed we never got the dinosaur nuggets when I was a kid, but I’m sure they’re great :) all my best for you too, you’ve certainly brightened my day! Take care of yourself

      I used to love reading! Unfortunately the anhedonia is making it incredibly difficult right now but I hope I can get back to it in the future. I love apocalypse novels and also non-fiction survival books, and am always looking for recommendations! What about you?
