Sensatori Biomar - Double Room with Rooftop Swim-up

Room and pool tour. The hotel is in Majorca, a few minutes walk from the beach and promenade, plenty of shops and cafes along the beachfront.
We were in the adults only section. The rooftop pool was great, although the rooftop bar wasn’t in use so you had to have drinks from your room or take one up from one of the other bars.
Evening entertainment was good, variety of acts over the week, and drinks service during was one of the best we’ve had, they’re quick to notice when your need another!
The buffet restaurant didn’t disappoint, always enjoyed the food. Quite enjoyed seeing the cats which liked to hang around just outside the restaurant and doors to reception.
The gym was the most well equipped gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel like this, it overlooked the indoor pool which was also larger than most.
Like other reviews we’d read, there was a definite lack of atmosphere around the adults only pool. No music unless there was pool aerobics or something. It just wasn’t as pleasing to the eye as most of the other places we’ve been to.
I gave up on the cocktails, they reminded me of the type of cocktails you can buy from a shop in a can. They were sometimes generous though with their shot sizes when I wanted a coffee liquor.
Overall it’s one of our least favourite hotels of this type we’ve stayed in, but there doesn’t seem to be many of these in Majorca so it’s a good option if you want to go there but don’t like the usual high rise ‘block’ type hotels.

Apparently it's only heated in the off-season, although some people from one of our neighbouring rooms said they went up to use the pool at night and it seemed like it was heated.
Really enjoyed the food, they had theme nights for dinner like Asian, Mexican etc but my mrs has a fairly bland standard English food preference and there always seemed to be something to keep her happy too. Great quality of food 👍
