Ulthera is an EXCELLENT treatment in the hands of the thoroughly trained Medical Professional. Where I get my treatments, the MedPros are trained for 4 times the industry standard. I've had treatments annually ( even though the results last up to 2 years.. I like results to come faster than the speed of aging 😊) and have great results. I am 56 and people guess me for late 30s early 40s. I'll take it!
Ultherapy is as good as the MedPro's training. Can it melt facial fat? Sure! If the MedPro is not trained well enough! The device monitor shows the MedPro where to treat and not to treat. If they follow their training, results can be great.

The woman in the before and after picture looks like she lost a lot of body weight. Look at her collar bone area. That is not fat loss from a heat device. That is general body weight loss that could have resulted from anything like excessive workouts, dieting …!
Sometimes, women that go on a weight loss journey want to stay on top of their game by going for skin tightening treatments to protect their face from laxity and and looking gaunt. If this was the case here, not only did the face melt from the skin tightening heat device, but it also looked so much worse from the weight loss. This is only my assumption on what I’m seeing in the before and after photo of this lady. I think she’s a beautiful woman. I disagree with the doctors when they say it’s irreversible. Yes, it’s trauma on the face, but She’s a young woman… her face and skin will swing back with time. There are safe home remedies that will speed up the healing process …like micro current treatments that will tone and lift the facial muscles underneath the skin. Adding Red light therapy will be amazing. It’ll allow the skin to produce a lot of collagen underneath to tighten and tone the skin.. Drinking a lot of water, consuming collagen, good skincare, enough sleep will all help.. But you gotta allow the face a lot of time to heal, rejuvenate, and it should swing back with time. If it doesn’t fully recover, then maybe some fillers, bio stimulators, fat transfers are all other options.

OMG! Everything in life has risks! Women die giving birth. Should we stop having babies? You could get run over by a car walking across a street. Should we never leave our homes? I had ultherapy and love it. It is non-evasive, no down time and takes less than 30 minutes. Hurts like hell, but is better than, imo, a traditional facelift that requires getting your face cut up and a long recovery time. BTW, that patient's photo didn't look bad. What were we supposed to glean from that? She didn't need ultherapy to begin with. The problem is that women under 50 are risking it all and suffering for it.
