A really good educational video that I have managed to learn. It would be awesome if a measurement of cutting to the joint is included for wood work hobby people like me. Thank you
He is showing measurements where it matters (the angles). Most other measurements aren't absolute numbers. Watch closely: most of the time he is simply splitting things into three equal sections, sometimes two. Where this is not the case, he simply takes away a tiny bit, mostly a centimeter (a bit less than half an inch) or even less. He is demonstrating the principles of that joinery only. You need to adjust those numbers to the specific pieces of lumber you are going to use ...
Wow! I am speechless... Not a single screw have been used. I am going to build my new workbench and I will definitely use one of your tricks. Thanks a lot for sharing!.
👍 Celal - Even Better now - You make all them Brad Nailers blush...and me wish I had more of your skills - Congratulations and *gösterdiğin için teşekkürler*
Dear Celal! Another wonderful example of wood machining in the modern context. This joint in the traditional and historical vernacular would not have employed any glues in most examples of it, yet rather the joinery alone. The oblique member would have been jointed in a dovetail fashion to the midpoint (centerline) of the table apron. This in turn would often be further strengthened with a tusk tenon and wedge or similar tensioning member fixed to the table leg allowing for both tightening over time as well as disassembly... Thank you once more for a wonderful demonstration of your machine skill in wood and grasp of advanced wood joinery!👍!

I’ve long said that you know a true professional when they make a complicated task look easy, and this a perfect example of that. I’m relatively new to woodworking and want to make a router table. Saw this video and realized I have an almost identical table saw, so I’d use his first jointing technique for my frame. First I built a few of the sleds in this video, then I got down to town cutting, and oh man, did I hit just about every snag you could. But, with a few replacement boards (generic 2x4, no doubt part of my problem to begin with) and a few lessons learned, I was finally able to frame up a decent 2’ x 4’ frame for my table. Definitely not as easy as it looks here, but still pretty proud of my progress. Please keep putting out the awesome material, I’ve really enjoyed learning from you! :)
