It's a media card. When arriving at the park and before getting on rides the mount for the camera has to be checked by a supervisor at guest services. Once checked for safety, the supervisor issues a media card for the chest harness or wrist strap that needs to be shown to ride operators.
@topcat43truffles15 absolutely! I'm very insistent on making sure I follow park safety requirements. I wish cedar fair parks would adopt that kind of protocol for being able to film on their rides but doubt it 😕
