If yiu ask any real artist, one whom is void of all sense of ego, they say the same thing. "Merely mediums and or vessel's to channel something we/they tap in to" Music, art, creative expression. These things are ethereal, they're so much bigger than any ego that has claimed fame via its byproduct or influence.

Well I don't think so. Avatar was the open act for Gojira in the same festival a few days later and it was more fitting with Slipknot because Sleep Token have more ambiance and melody, they are more fitting with Gojira as it is a more solemn music
As soon as i saw them start moshing to rain, i had the biggest fucking smile. Its one of my favorites and i was nervous if the slipknot audience would like it or not
It's insane to me that I seen these guys play in a small club venue a couple years ago, wasn't the biggest fan, and kinda forgot about them, to now seeing them blow up and open for slipknot is pretty cool
Vessel's screams have gotten so much better live since the new record. Since the band is going into a new "era" post this trilogy of records, I wonder if he'll be utilizing his improved screams more.
As a singer myself, the harshness of my vocals definitely depends on where I'm playing. Like if it's a club or a small venue where the audience isn't necessarily there to see my band (like opening for a softer band) then I keep it minimal. If I get a show where people are coming to see me, and they know our music is heavy then I really give those screams my all. Here, they're opening for slipknot so they know the crowd loves that heavy shit
This was a great quality, most are really bad but this was brill. Bassy boi as usual having me laughing. IVs screams were epic and II wow, he’s such a beast. As for Vessel, that man can do no wrong. His screams, his falsetto, his vibrato, and the blegh that touched my soul. As for people trying to name them they can do one, I know who they all are but I wouldn’t tell a soul out of respect for the band and fans. Thanks again 🖤
