    Ive often wondered how you manage so many product lines.
    Keep your top 50 or 100 sellers as your base stock.
    Possibly have 10 lines of best selling base product for categories ie: kids/florals/school/autumn/summer/Winter/spring/pattern/tartan etc.
    Then your release specials could use up all the other fabrics you have to clear the fabric stock. You would have so much money sitting there in fabric stock that you may only sell 2 scrunchies a month of. Get rid of your low selling fabric as specials or at markets and invest that money back into your best sellers.
    Less is definitely more. High turnover of best sellers outweighs low selling items every time!!
    Hope this makes sense.
    Love your work lovely
    Much love 💕

    I think it's a great step to have launches each month and trying new things as you progress in business, especially when you recognise it's growing to busy to do the things you want to do. Plus the new year is always a good time to change things up

  • @naithana
    @naithana Год назад +6

    You can make a questionnaire on your website and let people to choose which materials they wish to see in next launch. Maybe not for all options that you have, but a couple that you cannot decide :)

    They might have plastic folding containers that would fit those cube spaces that are plastic in sea thru Or you could just use regular folding cube sized boxes put the numbers on it maybe have a photo of the current scratchie that you can insert on each Box a clear sheet of plastic 2 easily change pictures of scrunchies in the new spot and maybe sell shelf name tags to monthly members

    I love how informative you are and how you tell us about different products you have tried and what works out well and what doesn't work. It's very helpful! So far I only do craft shows, but I really want to get online. But the whole shipping thing is very confusing and intimidating for me. Maybe at some point you could do a tutorial type video!

    Love watching your vlogs. Very inspiring. I have family in Australia whom I rarely see. Love your new plans. I feel less is more too. Maybe to be less stressful, you could keep scrunchie wall intact and use all your old stock for markets. Just an idea. Who am I to say lol...... Wishing you continued success. My family members include Rosemary, Victoria, Steve Tristian. Maybe you know them tee hee xx

    Awesome wall. Yes it looks balanced. I heard monthly or bimonthly launches do very well. I have seen limited products orntypes of products do very well too. Maybe 50 or 25 types of materials would work well too. Gift boxes for the holidays all work well too. Great info anf ty for sharing! 🦄💖🦄💖🦄

    Going through what sells makes sense - I just wonder if your variety is what people go to you for - especially at markets. Since so many people sell scrunchies now. That’s what freaks me out about having stock made already is when things don’t sell. You do enough business to do figure it all out. Wishing you the best

    It sounds like you're heading in a really positive direction. I'm glad (for you) that you are finding other people to contribute to aspects of your business so that you have more time to focus on making your products. Fingers crossed a terrific photographer pops up soon. Great idea to trim the number of fabrics offered! I wonder though if 50 month long special fabrics is a few too many? 25 would still be heaps. But choosing a day, such as the first Tuesday is a brilliant idea. It really simplifies things.
    I hope you make taking some scheduled time out at least an annual thing. We all need a holiday.
    I've been re-watching some of your older clips - from back at the farm - and it's interesting to see the things that have changed whilst others have remained the same. It's been wonderful to watch both you and your business grow ♥ Kind regards, Simone 🐈
