      LOL (now I am curious to see that look you are talking about) Thanks! I do tend to get a kick out of the little things (no pun intended) . . . since you were talking about feet . . .

    How do you make his arms flop down to his side more and still have control? Love the video btw.

    • @ClassyCheapskate
      @ClassyCheapskate  5 лет назад +4

      Make the arm strings even longer, but your hand action will have to be greater as well. Or, keep the strings regular length and lean your wrist forward to drop the arms....it all depends on how you put things together really :) Playing around with it and looking in a mirror would help lots (By the way, Hi Krista! Hope you are doing great!)

      @@ClassyCheapskate I am! I hope you are doing well. I'm trying to give the bear a floppy appearance like a ragdoll rather than real rigid and stiff like a barbie or something

    • @ClassyCheapskate
      @ClassyCheapskate  5 лет назад

      I'm sure you can do just that with how you control it...less rigid movements, less thought out

      @@ClassyCheapskate is there a way to shake is head? His ears flop when I just handle him so I'm trying to make him move his head with strings

    • @ClassyCheapskate
      @ClassyCheapskate  5 лет назад

      Technically, I think we'd have to cut the head off and stick it on an internal pole! LOL....so that it can move freely....do you want me to do this? Otherwise, you can try adding a string behind each ear and attaching it to opposite ends of a stick on the control mechanism.

    What weight or test fishing line do you use? Four pound? Eight?

    • @ClassyCheapskate
      @ClassyCheapskate  5 месяцев назад

      I use any and all. The heavier the plush or item, the heavier the line. Use what you have if you desire and if it breaks, buy stronger. ;) Seems like a plan!

    How do you keep the string on a toy

    • @ClassyCheapskate
      @ClassyCheapskate  Год назад

      You can tie it around or you can sew it onto the item. I prefer using a needle. But if you don't have a needle, you can simply tie it around the desired part that you would like to move.
