Strange, I went there by day & still no boss fight lol and on my second playthrough, I went there by night. Once I grabbed the teddy, it woke up & blam, I gave a single shot to its' head & that's it
I know I’m really late (13 mf years) but this series is easily the best out there… The tension between each character, the graphics, gun play, storyline. Everything is perfect in every way. I’m bad a stealth so I haven’t gotten a real earned “good ending” yet but that’s alright because at least I’m playing this generations masterpiece:) have a good day guys
Bro IKR? I mean I thought it was just me, game is nice and all but when you got to some parts that are climactic and most boss fights have VERY DULL music and dialogue. Exact reason why I didn't finish. For a Triple A game it sure is lacking.
@@Fishy_1998yt By modern standards, the Exodus Metro is even a masterpiece. Take a look at the same definitive edition of 3D GTA from rockstar... Or ubisoft games... Or EA games... Or Sony ports and etc.
The metro trilogy is my favorite! I really recommend it to you if you liked how it looked. If you do decide to play it then I recommend doing it in chronological order. (metro 2033-metro last light and then metro exodus). ok bye :D
The Demons in 2033 took a little too much ammo to kill and I always felt I was left short after some large monster fights. At least in Exodus and even Last Light they go down a little easier and you don't feel as if you're shooting a health bar.
@@TheTwoTime96 You say they go down easier in Last Light, but I don’t recall being able to kill them even after dumping three 45 round magazines into them, and then eighteen pistol shots from my revolver as well just to see if that would do it. It did not. Exodus was the only game where I saw you could actually kill a Demon, and that’s because they’re a fucking joke. You can kill them with a single shot with a completely base Valve while they aren’t aware of your presence. That’s nowhere near equivalent to 110 round of rifle ammunition, and 18 rounds of .44 magnum in terms of raw damage. The whole reason they were feared is because you couldn’t do any damage to them unless you were using an anti-materiel rifle, meaning only the Big Gun, or the DshK could actually hurt a Demon by lore. In game, we never get that chance. Point being, in 2033 and Last Light, for all intents and purposes you cannot kill a Demon, you can only get them to fuck off. In Exodus, they’ve been turned into a minor annoyance that you can shoot like a clay pigeon and watch it fall.
I wish other single player games took note of how metro does it. the series just creates such a good story with very immersive and atmospheric gameplay. We need more games like metro
