SZD Junior: Ridge and thermal in strong, gusty, winds at Portmoak Airfield

A very windy and gusty day at Portmoak airfield with thermal interacting with the ridge. I pushed upwind towards Stirling towards the end of the flight but the wind kept beating me back. The circuit started off at 1000' and I didn't lose any height and turned finals at the same height. The airbrakes in the Junior are very powerful and, with the strong wind, the approach was nice and steep to get through the wind gradient.
