If I had to choose between paying $1 in extortion or having the whole planet have a video of me pleasuring myself, I choose the later. I apologize to anyone who gets to see such a video but I am keeping my dollar.
Smart choice yeah don’t pay up the money once you do not only do you loose money you loose power because they’ll ask for more and will threaten to post inappropriate videos or images unless you do, it takes courage but just ignore the message, or block the person delete data, and perhaps inform your friends and family, consider also reporting it to the fbi
Hi, I've been getting the first one you mentioned for the last 5 months. I must admit I've been a bit shocked by them, I have no idea what to do about it. The writer said he had put a RDP on my computer. I went to youtube for advice and came up with you. Thank you so much for your video, you have made me feel much better now it has been explained. Please keep up your good work helping people.
I love getting these emails - they are hilarious. One even said after I paid, he would delete what they had recorded as a 'hacker honour' - as if blackmailers have any honour at all. Their software must have x-ray capacity as I make a point of having a piece of tape over the camera on my laptop at all times and I don't visit porn sites. At best, they would get pictures of me watching cat videos.
I just got an email like that today, and I was very concerned. They asked me for $1,900 and I have 24 hours. 😒 I don't watch porn and I don't have a webcam.
Dude this happened to me a few days ago! Lol, old password I used to have. And literally, whatever they claim to have caught you doing, it’s normal. It’s just people doing people stuff. What’s not normal is trying to scam through a bad attempted blackmail. Did spook me a bit because of the old password though, so I give them that.
I got 2 emails, one on each of my email addresses. Actually, the first one you read was the one that had me really scared (it was also what happened to me). So I panicked but quickly went around the Internet and searched for stuff. Regardless, changed all my passwords and stuff. Then, I decided to go on RUclips to see if it had anyone who also had to deal with a similar situation. Then I found you. Thank you for relieving so much stress off of me. I was in the middle of studying for my finals which I have in a couple of days and this made me panic so much I couldn't focus.
I had one recently (supposedly from my own email address) stating there was a Trojan horse virus on my computer and gave me an old password as proof, needless to say I had a laugh and ignored it. It did remind me to change some old passwords though, so really it did me a favour.
I got one yesterday saying almost the same exact thing telling me they will send a video out to all my contacts and what not and I have up to 24 hours to pay up lol I just deleted the email lol

So pleased you shared this. I received almost the exact same email over the weekend (same spelling errors and all!) and although I wasn’t worried about any embarrassing videos going out, I was a bit concerned about my password being public knowledge. So, I got a similar email; the grammar was actually pretty good with only one typo. They have fantastic malware on my computer; it can record me through a webcam that has been in a drawer for years because I've rarely used it; they have that pixel thing that tells them I read the e-mail (if they could do that wouldn't they make more money selling their incredible programming skills?), and of course, on the one hand telling me I can request proof by replying, then in the very next sentence tell me not to waste my time or theirs by replying. (So which is it? Reply or not?) Anyways, they were totally unreliable and never followed through on sending the video to five of my friends. Tiffany, Crystal, Felicia, Amber, and especially Sid were very disappointed (don't pick on Sid; he's going through a crisis of identity right now, and needs our support.) I don't know what to do. I can't get them to follow up like they promised.
Hi I need advice, I received one but instead of a password it’s four digits of my dad’s credit card number. They also sent it to my iPad as I don’t have a computer. Help.
Thanks Bud... I just received something similar purporting to be from my own email account. Basically the same wording was used and the same type of broken English employed. The tip was the extortionist said he had a video from my webcam. My webcam is not connected (MAC) and on my laptop that has it built in to the cover, the first thing I did when I got the computer was to put a piece of black tape over the lens. My criminal asked me for $700 USD to be sent to his bitcoin address. Can usually tell out of the U.S. cause they use the designation (USD) to make sure I understood. Idiots. All I did was change my passwords on my email accounts, something you should do regularly anyway and made copies of the email including the headers. Great video fella... thanks so much for the information.
I'm depressed. A while ago I bought the sith interceptor Lego set. It was already built, is indeed legit, and came with the two sith troopers it usually does and the box. Being a fool then because I never thought about the value of Lego sets with their boxes, I threw the box away. I then a year or two later, as in yesterday, I remembered and found out how I guess rare darth Malgus is, who came with the set, and how expensive he is complete and just by himself. I then proceeded to look at my sith interceptor, only to unfortunately discover that I got everything from the set EXCEPT Malgus. And Malgus can go from like twenty to fifty bucks, and the interceptor itself can go from like 100 to 200 bucks. I want to die.

Well you can upload a pixel or a very small picture in your mail. So when some one loads it, it sends a notification that it has been loaded. (Load as in opened since emails naturally loads pictures when opened) I have used it in my own email to catch potential hackers or people snooping in my inbox.
I just got one of these. They had my Fitness Pal password! They say they have a video of me satisfying myself! OH NO! They must have caught me cheating on my diet!!! If I don't pay $1000.00 in the next 2 days, they will send this video out to all my social contacts and put everything on the web, along with the dark web where there are sick people! Gee! I got one of these emails jus saw it yesterday and it was from March. Same one as in the beginning of this email. Should I jus leave it alone delete and move on ? I’m starting to change my passwords as I log into different sites now
just been dealing with this and not really knowing the in's and out's i got very worried and shut down my hotmail account, because they seemed to be logging on to my account with my name, my ip address but from a different browser.....i checked with the site you mentioned and i to had my stuff gone from " imesh " and "last fm " along with 700 and odd million other poor buggers....they seem to be able to change my email passwords...
I looked at _haveibeenpawned_ and I needed to type in my email. That is not practical, I have hundreds of them! one for each entity I have ever dealt with.I don't have a webcam and if I did I'd tape it over. And I don't care who knows my browsing history.
A few years ago I recieved first one, then about a dozen of these. The lazy twat didn't even include an old password, but he spoofed the mail header to make the mail look as if it was sent from my own mail account, but upon closer inspection, the mail came from what I assume is a botnetted machine on the Virgin Islands of all places...!
I have a question this guy has been sending me the exact thing he sent you and all that I knew it wasn’t real from the start but I’m getting annoyed because he won’t stop sending messages and it’s getting pretty annoying if I send message back saying I know he’s lying can he hack me through my message I sent him
I received one of these emails for the first time ever just the other day. I opened the email just so I could read a little more, but then backed out because I knew it was a scam (didn't click any links). Just to be clear, nothing can happen as long as I just opened the email, right? I was also afraid because the password they showed was something that sounds like a password I made when I was a kid, but I decided it probably wasn't to anything important anyway. I regret opening the email at all, I wish I would have just deleted it right away.
I have received one just today, I got so scared I started crying, your video helped me a lot but what if he actually does send those videos? I'm stil scared, less now but, how do I make sure he doesn't send them to anyone?
Discovered the exact same email just appeared in my spaminbox a week ago. The weird thing was that it looked like it was from my own adress. Didn't get any panic though, saw it this morning I havent heard from my mom yet. Also, I have both Bitdefender and Malwarebytes so that should have raised some alarms. So not likely. Also, USE TWO-STEP-AUTHENTICATOR!!
When the hacker threatened to send it to my 11 contacts I was not too worried, I do z in fact, have a few more friends. FACEBOOK HERE WAS THE CULPRIT. The hackers got my Facebook PASS WORD!

I'm scared now! But wait....He can help me out of this. Just send money and he'll leave me in peace, like before. I'm in Peace NOW!
I got same email I just changed stuff with that password, the scammers thought cake videos where dirty I didn't even know how to use bitcoin anyway they are idiots
3 years later and they're trying this on Australia 🇦🇺 thanks for the vid I'll have to delete smurf porn history 🤣🤣🤣
I got an email similar to that, but this email was sent from my own email address which means that the hacker is in my account!!! Please help me
Change your password. Now.
They may or may not have access to your email account. A From: email address means nothing at all, since it's easy to fake.
Adam Thompson the same case of u .... what happened later ?
2021 and i finally received this kind of e-mail
They are saying they are recording me. I dont have a webcam i just got scared that they had my old password
I have a question this guy has been sending me the exact thing he sent you and all that I knew it wasn’t real from the start but I’m getting annoyed because he won’t stop sending messages and it’s getting pretty annoying if I send message back saying I know he’s lying can he hack me through my message I sent him
Why not block his address?
I received one of these emails for the first time ever just the other day. I opened the email just so I could read a little more, but then backed out because I knew it was a scam (didn't click any links). Just to be clear, nothing can happen as long as I just opened the email, right? I was also afraid because the password they showed was something that sounds like a password I made when I was a kid, but I decided it probably wasn't to anything important anyway. I regret opening the email at all, I wish I would have just deleted it right away.
I just received one but they didn't mention my password or anything to prove they hacked me... So i just ignore it?
What happened after ?
@@meryamfouad620
Nothing :)
@@juliejulie2188 yeah nothing happened and nothing will happen. My friend received similar email 2 times and nothing happened
@@juliejulie2188 by the same sender or different senders?
Wait so do we need to worry if we ignore it
Got an email of almost the same message, but can you tell me if i don't need to be stress about it
I have received one just today, I got so scared I started crying, your video helped me a lot but what if he actually does send those videos? I'm stil scared, less now but, how do I make sure he doesn't send them to anyone?
Did anything happened?
If they did send it would probably end up in spam folder and no one would ever notice
I appreciate your video you saved me I almost lost hope didn't sleep for two days
Glad I could help
When the hacker threatened to send it to my 11 contacts I was not too worried, I do z in fact, have a few more friends. FACEBOOK HERE WAS THE CULPRIT. The hackers got my Facebook PASS WORD!
Good job posting this!
Thank you! You saved my (very worried) day!
