Let's talk about the fact that Nami is 1) making a piece of a Yonko's soul feel utter fear, 2) she is holding onto a cloud without haki, 3) she is HURTING said cloud without haki, and 4) could easily be wrecked by Zeus, but intimidates him so much that he wouldn't dare attack her unless ordered to by Big Mom.
Power ups look different for everyone, y'all.
I have a headcanon that since Haki is just exerted willpower, angry women in one piece all use haki subconsciously when doling out punishment.

I would say Nami is one of the most terrifying characters in One Piece, she's basically enslaved a piece of Big Mom's soul and has knocked out both Sanji, Zoro and Luffy with minimal effort. This woman is a terrifying force of nature

It’s insane how Nami acquired one of the main weapons of a yonko even if he eventually gets powered down Zeus would still be a ridiculous weapon to have as he’s ridiculously powerful just the fact that she has him should cause her bounty to skyrocket.
Powered down? Zues fused with the climate botan & made it a true sun wukong cloud rod which widens & molds into a blade, mace, lasso, etc. + Nami has armament haki awaken at the tail end of her fight with Ulti. thru her bond with Zues solidify.
