- On Rock Rods Episode 83 we are taking you back to Mountain Mud Run Terrain Park in Warren New Hampshire for part 2 of the Mountain Mud Run 2019 Event. We came to see some of the baddest Rock Bouncers Send it for the Crowd. They drove a long ways to put on a show. The Rock Bouncing pilots start off by hitting the walls of Ringers Run, the steep loose dirt of Hitman Hill, then they make 2 new hills and even give the Impossible Mountain Mud Run Bounty Hill at Try! This is why I love RUclips. I wanted to see some badass buggies hill climb so I typed it in. Next thing you know, I'm watching some mean machines absolutely tear it up. Don't think I'd do it myself but it's fun as hell to watch.

They are a lot of work but a ton of fun, UTVs are a good place to start, you can pickup a tube chassis RZR for a decent price

they are used to it and the ones that have the good seats don't feel bad at all after rolling
I agree 💯 percent Matt about that Rockwell buggy that Adam Ringer drives! I hope he never sells it! I wish he would tear it down and do a modern build on it . That thing would be even more badass then!
It's difficult to get the travel and the correct geometry out of rockwells

I have a question! Do people run over driven front axle or under drive the rear to allow the front end to be pulled over the obstacle?

Cool spot I just got into this stuff when I stumbled across some videos couple weeks ago and can't stop watching it and formula off-road Plus modified Hill Climb there's a quarry here in Upstate New York that would be absolutely sick with insane challenging hill climbs but definitely wouldn't be allowed to do it there people already died on motorcycles and stuff off limits

14 bolts are cool but Dana 80s mean you can hold more power

Out of all the drivers Wes is the last one I would tell to gas it while driving my buggy and I am the biggest Wes fan there is but I also know how he sends it! Lmao 🤣

Good to see a good representation at such a far away venue. Great action, and I don't know if I would have let Wes Keen borrow my lawn mower. I have missed Clayton Hollingsworth. Seems someone mentioned he had a back injury. I also remember his brother raced the rock rod in one event. Is Clayton planning on coming back to SRRS in any capacity, builder, etc.?
I doubt Clayton will be back anytime soon, his son Gilbert has raced a few times

@@BustedKnuckleVideo I used to wheel there years back and it was a giant green Suburban. They dubbed it the Goat. This was back when Joe from DWE had The Peach Pit.
This was 3 good hills, a well balanced event. I really like this sport, but most of the other hills I've watched are too hard and punishing on the vehicles. Like only about 10-20% of the vehicles even make it past about 10 seconds of action before they are damaged or roll, and sometimes only 1 will complete the course. Hope to see more events like this one in the future where most of the buggies make it up undamaged and compete on time.
