Khudke merchant account pe agar mai pay krta hu apne rupay card upi se to and agar ye bank report krdeta hai 12-15 lakh ka transaction and mere pass proof hai ki ye self transfer kiye hai reward points k liye bank statements hai proof k liye ki mere card se mere hi bank mai transfer hua hai so can this save me?? Maine aapase itr file karawaya tha jisme Kara gaye TDs par feedback dene Ke lite aaya hai. Aapane pura transection 1 hi jagah calculate karake dikhaya tha. Uske lite kya feedback diya jayega.

Sir as nowadays We can pay through rupay credit cards on upi so nowadays students those who have credit cards they use there credit cards for 1-2% of rewards and they pay that amount back because they transferred that amount to their own bank account and then repaid their credit card outstanding from their bank account and earned 1-2% from it so in this case people are spending like 10-20-30 lakhs and repaying it and they are making just 10-50K in a year from that so how will they prove that they have used that amount for self transfer and then repaid it back and they have earned just 2% or maybe 1% from it how can we prove this?
stop doing it. bcz credit cards have a disclaimer that you cant use it for business purpose or rotation of money.

Hlo sir , m a student and I do part time job in delivery sime times , I have credit card , I have used in my sbi card for more than 10 lakh actual figure is 10, 27,068 rs , this amount showing in income tax ( ais app ) , I have other card also but in sbi I have utilised more than 10lakh so they have reported this , I used this card just for Credit card bill rotation , and I have no income source of income , kindly help me with this and pls tell me how to deal with this?

No, you should not exceed 9 lakh
Sir Ye 10 Lakh Ki Limit 1 Card Ke Liye hai or all card combined ki hai..

10 lakh limit for each bank. If u have 3 sbi credit card, the total value of all the 3 sbi credit card will be calculated as a single sbi credit card transaction and try to spend less than 10 lakh from all cards of a Single bank.. So be aware.
I show 4 lacs rental income and 3.5lac salary in ITR but due to rotation , i received the high value txn msg in which 28 lacs payment of credit card bills and 10 lacs cash deposit...

Hello Sir, I received high value transaction email yesterday.
Though I have responded and provided feedback on high value transaction queries. Queries were related to savings bank interest information.
I now need to file revised return - however while filing return I am getting a completely new error related to HRA.
I know hra being mimimum of 3 criteria and I am putting hra exemption amount accordingly .... Still getting error. This error was not there in original return.
I need your help. Please guide on this error.
