My friend said they were told how to make the "Arcane Missiles" spell effect from World of Warcraft. My favorite has always been the old version of Chaos Bolt (its like a black/green energy bolt but the 'head' of the missile is a dragon head and it like moves/swims through the air with some extra particles. it also had a fantastic sound to it while in flight) but i've been super jealous that they made arcane missiles as a base point especially because we were never taught any VFX stuff so it's very much out of pocket. I'd love to see your take on Arcane Missiles and follow along as well :)
