Paige!! A suggestion that really helped me during my pregnancy is to set up the baby gates WHILE you're still pregnant (like starting around 6mo or so?). This way, you get used to the layout, stubbed toes are out of the way. So when you need to walk around the house in the middle of the night in the dark to keep your little one asleep, there's no chance of tripping! I know it's weird, but honestly, they get mobile before you know it!
You can repurpose some of those Alex Nines into storage for the baby, clothes diapers wipes blankets toys etc! You don’t need a dresser and baby clothes can also be hung up above, you should have plenty of space! The cart is a great idea, I would also suggest for it a space for one handed fast snacks, like fruit bars or protein bars, something you can eat while breastfeeding. You can also find cup holders for those carts, it’s super important to hydrate!
It's great that you're doing all this early on in your pregnancy, because I feel like the closer you get to delivery the less able you'll be able to do 😊
Definitely don’t forgo a rocker/glider. It really helps get a cranky baby to sleep. So excited to see the finished nursery! My baby turns one in September and I MISS that newborn stage!

Fantastic job. That was a lot of work. Although the couch with pull out is a great idea to have, you're definitely going to want to have a glider and even a footstool with it. If not in the nursery, then in the living room. It's going to be a godsend for you, especially if you're planning on nursing.
I think you should still get rid of the Alex drawers you aren’t using and put the ones you are in your new office. You will probably have a ton of baby stuff so having space for it can be helpful. Especially when baby starts moving, you don’t want them to be opening all the little drawers!
I cannot WAIT to see the nursery or see baby girl. I can't wait to hear her name. I just can't wait for all the things.🫶🏼 P.S. Open the Pop Tarts from the bottom and then just tape it back up. That way it won't be seen and the box will still look unopened.
