For what I was doing in this video specifically, it really doesn't matter what weapons you're using. The only thing that matters is that you have any weapon with the "vanquisher rocket pods damage increased by 200%" Anointment. Just make sure you have it equipped when jumping into iron bear.

You know it's funny there are bosses I almost always use Iron Bear for (Graveward, The Heart, Agonizer 9000, etc) and ones I never even think to use Iron Bear for like Katagawa Jr, Warden, or Katagawa Ball

Just hop into iron bear as soon as you jump off into the boss fight. Iron bear will get stuck there and you basically become an AC130
