Behind The Scenes Of Twilight Actors Last Day On Set

- In the time since they last called “cut” on the production of Twilight: Breaking Dawn, the beloved cast of the hugely popular YA-novel based vampire film franchise has revealed all manner of tidbits, thoughts, and facts on the last days on the Twilight set. A ton went down behind the scenes, including both emotional and anticlimactic send offs, on set beefs, and stolen parting gifts.
The core cast of Robert Pattison, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Anna Kendrick, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, Elizabeth Reaser, and Peter Facinelli all get super candid about their time on the blockbuster movies, both good and bad. They dish on the parts of making the films that they won’t miss, and break down their experiences shooting their final scenes.
Thanks to a staggered shooting schedule, multiple shooting units, and reshoots that went down a full year after the initial production wrapped, some of the stars found themselves doing their final days on Twilight with just one other co-star, or even all by themselves. On the other hand, big scenes like the final confrontation at the end of Breaking Dawn Part 2 and the wedding reception in Breaking Dawn Part 1 were filmed in the middle of production, making for bittersweet moments with cast and crew saying their goodbyes even though many of them still were not quite finished. Life on the final days of Twilight certainly sounded like they were a whirlwind of emotions!

Same, this series was my teenage years, I remember when I was about 13 my cousin and I had a competition to see who could read breaking dawn cover to cover the most times in a year, I think we tied at 15. It would have been more but we also kept rereading the other books as well, also readneclipse 6 times that year, twilight 4 times and new moon just the once (I’ve only ever read it once because it just made me depressed reading Bella’s emotions that way lol), I’m 27 with a kid of my own now but still pick up the battered and taped up from being re-read so many times paper back copies of the books once every year or two to re-read. As an adult I can see how unhealthy the relationship between then is now and that it could have been written a little better in places, but I still love it because it takes me back to me at that time and how the books were such a fantastic escape that truly made me happy in a time of my life where things were tough and I wasn’t very happy the majority of the time.

I Will Never forget how i surrendered completely to my imagination when I did read Twilight book for the first time. I did it in only one day, and imagined so detailed all the characters.... was big for me.... I also get uncomfortable when I hear the actors saying they hated.... I can understand that a lot of times actor can be part of works that they get to hate in future.... But.... the movies got a great career for some of this actors.... It make no sense that they hate this so much...

When the Twilight movies were released, few fans would have guessed how successful the cast's acting careers would go on to be.
Since then, lead actors like Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson starred in big-budget films.

Very true. The funny thing is those two have done nothing but complain about the Twilight movies. My opinion is that if it wasn’t for the Twilight movies neither Rob nor Kristen would be as popular as they are.
@@itsjustme7979 Actually, Kirsten had acted in a lot of big movies a long time before Twilight. I don't think this saga helped her in any way, maybe even hurt a bit. Same could be true for Robert.

@@MarieC806 he's allowed to hate something no matter what. Yes it made him more rich and famous and we enjoy the movies but we weren't the ones who had to do the job. It's like any other job. Sometimes you'll love a job and sometimes you'll hate a job. It doesn't matter how much money you're making or how others feel. It was his experience his opinions and that's ok.

Twilight captured our generation no matter what...the cast was perfect and the soundtrack even better. All teenagers we were, all older that any of the cast back then we are... With some exceptions.

Can you upload 10 Times Disney the Princess and the Frog copied the Swan Princess next? Because Naveen (in frog form) looks and behaves similarly to Jean-Bob, Odette’s French frog friend, and the sphere of water when Facilier's spell is broken looks just like Odette’s transformation, and also Louis look resembles to one of the alligators in the moat.
You know this is my take in it all. All I hear is whining about how they all did not like making the movie. They read the scripts they knew right away about they did not like what each had to do so, they should have gave their characters to a actor that really wanted it. It shows on camera that you love what you do but you have to enjoy your character as well. This movie made all of them famous they made good money from it and should be thankful instead of acting spoiled. I loved the actors I love the characters that was in it. If I had a chance at a good family that helped me become an actor and never had to worry about bills and so forth and became famous like them, I would be thankful 🙏 for the gift that I was giving to beable to become an actor, they are blessed. But one thing u would not go on camera and say I hatex it I did not like doing thos I did not liking doing that. I would say thank to the producers and the Meyers and the chance to make big money from the franchise and all the fan's who were crazed drop theovie and made them all so much money.
They're allowed to not like something. No one said they didn't appreciate the opportunities and money the franchise gave them but we weren't the ones on set. We don't know what they've been through. You also can't just keep turning down jobs just because you disagreed with things. It's like any other job and what they think because of what they experienced is ok.

We all know they complained about the saga not making sense, but realistically- why make a movie about vampires if it's going to make sense??? The whole point is for it to be sort of in the fantasy nonsensical realm, why try to make it some sort of documentary?? The closest we'd get to that making sense is having them play the roles of literal cannibals. Not a good idea, it makes Twilight not sound that bad 😂🤚

Watched all the 5 movies of saga yesterday and Fully satisfied with the ending 😊. Edward was definitely most charming character ❤ and got happy ending with bella and his daughter. Jacob felt annoying sometimes 😮

there’s also a book where the gender roles switched. Called life and death . the female Edward who name was Edythe let the male Bella (Beau.) turn into a vampire the first book instead of trying to save his soul like Edward did for Bella . Not many liked if .
Robert swore the most I bet! As I watch his interviews, I don't think he got the American custom that you never speak badly about your job in case you want to work again. Whine just a tad bit (but not where the boss can hear it), but don't go into ingratitude. The saga made his career.
